2. Click on a mirror and choose "Change Sim"
3. Click on the plumbob (the Sims "icon") in top left corner
4. Somewhere right below the icon should be a button to with a question "Has a penis", select "Yes".
6. Click on your Sim -> Wicked -> Penis Settings and assign the penis you want.
If the option/button "Has a penis" doesn't appear you need to use the "cheat" CAS.
d. Without disabling the console (the white bar on the top) tell your sim to use a mirror with the "Change sim" option, then proceed from point 3.

i put this because some files of the mod they was made with the versions 1.31 and 1.32. But the penises for males and the tattoos masks they was made with the version 1.30. So this will work at less with this version but no the penises for females and the skin overrides and overlays. I started to make the mod with the version 1.30 for that reason does not exist a version to work with more olders versions. You will need update your game.

I just installed the latest update, and now my mods folder has three skin tones masks files - Above Body Hair, Below Body Hair, and the new one: _v4 - Copy. Should I have all three, or does the V4 Copy replace either or both of the others? THANKS!

Thanks, and Yes, you should have three mask files, two for mens and one for females. the _V4 is a alternative mask with two different swatches, but is only for males. You don need it if you dont want him.
Am I missing something? In CAS, there is a gap between the torso and the waist for female sims with masculine frame equipping the male penis. There are other issues as well such as texture clipping on male sims with feminine frame. Here are some screenshots.
