A porn star has avoided a lengthy jail sentence for her part in a boozy sex party with three girls between the ages of 12 and 14.
A court was told Bianca Byndloss struck a plea deal with prosecutors after she was charged with several serious offences.
The 21-year-old and two men "engaged in sexual acts" with the victims, who were 12, 13 and 14 at the time.
It was said Byndloss had taken the youngsters to the home of a male friend where they later drank vodka and gin, took Xanax and had sex.
Byndloss admitted her part in the May 2014 incident at the home in Miami, the Smoking Gun reports.
She was originally charged with multiple felony counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a child and promoting sexual performance by a child.
However, they were later reduced to several lower charges, which still included child abuse.
Byndloss, who has described herself as a “porn diva”, has performed in numerous X-rated videos under the names Bianca B, Bibi Miami and Marsha May.
Miami-Dade Police Department reported “she is currently employed as an adult porn star”.
Following her arrest, Byndloss said on Twitter: "I hope this doesn’t interfere with my dreams but only time will tell.”
A court hearing took place on December 1 where she was fined $754 and placed on probation until 2026.
The Smoking Gun said a pair of male co-defendants, both of whom were 18 at the time of the sex party, struck similar plea deals earlier this year and were each sentenced to 10 years probation.
A fourth defendant, a 21-year-old woman, was sentenced to five years probation.
Police detailed what happened at the notorious party. In their report, they said Byndloss and the men “engaged in sexual acts” with the victims.
“Everyone pretty much had sex with everyone,” the 13-year-old victim told police.
The 12-year-old victim told investigators: “Everyone was taking pictures and recording the sex acts with their cell phones.”
A photo uploaded to a defendant’s Instagram page showed a naked Byndloss posing with the 14-year-old victim, who wore only a bikini top.
During a police interview, one of the victims said that the group had also partied at a Miami Beach hotel, and that Byndloss and a male had sex in a bathroom with the 12-year-old victim, said the Smoking Gun.
