Whether they like to admit it or not, a number of celebrities have gotten down and dirty on camera . Some made X-rated films before they were famous, others did them in the wake of floundering Hollywood careers — and then there are the stars whose leaked sex tapes turned into some of their most-seen projects.
Here is a look at some of the most notorious celebs who made skin flicks.
In 2001 Paris Hilton made what would become one of the aughts’ most infamous sex tapes, with then boyfriend Rick Salomon. Three years later, their tryst was released as “1 Night in Paris” — an explicit video that, she told the Los Angeles Times in 2019, was issued without her consent. Hitting public view just as Hilton and Nicole Richie’s reality show, “The Simple Life,” premiered, the triple-X release increased the socialite’s fame but also left her considering suicide. Hilton insisted to the newspaper: “It’s not something that I would ever want to be known for.”
During his pre-“Rocky” days in New York City, Sylvester Stallone found unusual ways to make ends meet. He reportedly cleaned lion cages at the Central Park Zoo, worked as a theater usher — and starred in a 1969 soft-core porn film called “Party at Kitty and Stud’s.” Stallone was paid $200 for two days of work on the movie, which was re-released as “Italian Stallion” after the actor’s career took off. Any regrets aside, porn clearly beat the alternative: “It was either do that movie or rob someone,” he told Playboy, adding that he had been sleeping in a bus station at the time. “I was at the end of my rope.”
While many celebrities regret their decisions to appear in skin flicks, Maitland Ward , who made her porn debut in 2019’s “Drive,” is not one of them. In fact, the actress revels in her choice to leave behind a squeaky clean past — Ward co-starred in the family-friendly ABC sitcom “Boy Meets World” from 1998 to 2000 — and is proud to have won a trio of Adult Video News (AVN) porn awards in January 2020, including one for best three-way. “When people say, ‘She had to turn to porn,’ I laugh,” Ward told The Daily Beast . “This is a good thing and I am making more [money] now.”
Not exactly a shrinking violet, Pamela Anderson made her way to Hollywood for a 1989 Playboy magazine photo shoot — she would go on to appear on 15 of the men’s mag’s covers — and later became famous for running around in a red swimsuit on “Baywatch.” But she found notoriety with a leaked sex tape — she has called it “a compilation of vacations we were naked on” — “Pam & Tommy Lee: Stolen Honeymoon,” with now ex-husband Tommy Lee of Mötley Crüe. Allegedly stolen from their home and released in 1998, it led to the couple suing the film’s distributor and landing a $1.5 million judgment. In 2005, another sex tape from Anderson’s past, this time with Poison singer Bret Michaels, surfaced. In a twist, Anderson married Paris Hilton’s sex-tape co-sta r, Rick Salomon, in 2014.
“Game of Thrones” is not fit for prudes. In fact, the show featured several actors who had made porn , including Sibel Kikelli, who played Shae on the racy HBO hit. According to the German tabloid Bild, Kikelli starred in a series of hardcore flicks before making it as a serious actress. However, it seems to have caused a serious rift in her life. “The disgrace is too great for the family,” her father told Bild. “I can never forgive her for it. I don’t ever want to see her again.”
Before the 2007 release of Kim Kardashian’s sex tape , she was seemingly most famous for being a sidekick to Paris Hilton. Her steamy video tryst, “Kim Kardashian Superstar,” with her ex, singer Willie “Ray J” Norwood, was the ultimate career boost — even though Kardashian initially denied being in it. Eventually, she settled with distributor Vivid Entertainment, who reportedly paid Kardashian $5 million. In 2016, Ian Halperin claimed in his book “Kardashian Dynasty” that Kardashian her manager mother, Kris Jenner, had deliberately leaked the tape. Halperin quoted a source in the adult film industry who said, “A mutual friend of Kim and Paris [Hilton] had advised her that if she wanted to achieve fame, a sex tape would be the way to go . . . Kim had discussed the idea of producing a tape with her family beforehand.” Vivid Entertainment’s founder, however, told The Post those rumors were nonsense.
And then there’s the celebrity porno that didn’t exactly star the celebrity. Dustin Diamond , who played “Screech” on the early ’90s kiddie sitcom “Saved by the Bell,” released his own sex video — “Screeched: Saved by the Smell” — in 2006. But there was just a catch. He later claimed that he didn’t do the actual porn work. “I got a stunt wang. I’m not an idiot,” Diamond told The Daily Beast . “I’m not going to really put myself out there. So I got a stunt person to come in. And I thought, what if this thing makes $3 million?” But the market for Screech porn turned out to be thin, and Diamond admitted to having made nowhere close to $3 million

Audio porn has been steadily growing in popularity over the last 15 years. In the same way that the inscrutability of the eReader was credited for the uptake in literary erotica, audio offers privacy. But it’s more than that: The beauty of audio is its intimacy, the chance to retreat to your personal bubble. That’s true whether you listen to politics, comedy or true crime, but in few genres is it more appealing than with porn.

In 2019, audio erotica startups have collectively raised over $8 million. But the platforms aim to do more than simply titillate. These new sextech entrepreneurs are building products that appeal to an educated, enlightened listener base who want a side of wellness with their wank.
Research by sex education platform OMGYes and The Kinsey Institute found that 90% of women use “mental framing” to turn off distracting thoughts and focus on the pleasure. Many described running through narrative fantasies in their head to get in the mood. As understanding and acceptance of the role of the imagination in female arousal increases, the market for sexy storytelling is surely going to grow.
Websites such as Tumbler, Reddit, YouTube and Literotica have been hosting audio versions of smutty stories for years, but they tended to be user-submitted and varied widely in terms of quality and style. This new wave of audioporn platforms is creating content with high production values and careful curation.
Here are five audio porn stories to try [note: clicking on these links may take you to sites with adult content]:
“Punishment” is a male-narrated monologue which incorporates domination, command-giving, denial, rough sex and name-calling. But it isn’t stylised, it’s actually incredibly well-peformed, convincing and in places haphazard and funny—just like real sex. It’s also narrated with an English accent, which might sound cute to American listeners but for British ones helps make it feel more realistic. English accents regularly appear in polls of sexiest accents, alongside French, Italian, Irish, Scottish and, more recently , New Zealand. So no surprise there is plenty of audio porn out there tagged as being read in an accent. Quinn does a good job of serving up a variety of them without seeming fetishistic, and “Punishment” is a good example of that.
This French audio erotica site is a collaboration of feminist pornographer Olympe de G. and porn star Lélé O. Available in both French and English on Apple Podcasts or via their website, it describes its content as “guided masturbation sessions imagined specially for the feminine sex,” and boasts an average of 100,000 listens a month.
There are currently 23 episodes in French, of which just four have been translated into English. Of these “The Hands” is an exciting sign of things to come. Be warned: This isn’t one to listen to on your commute. It is a simple story of touch that manages to be both kinky and calming. The narrated instructions are just the right side of playful. Oh, and it’s all done in a French accent, too.
Dipsea is an app-based platform for short-form erotic audio stories for $8.99 per month or $48 per year. The female-founded startup, which officially launched in December 2018, has been valued at at $17 million. Stories are arranged in categories, such as: "Queer," “BDSM," "Exes and Friends," and even "Chill Stories," and feature strong writing and high production values.
“Salty” is a simple tale of how tequila shots on a hot day leads to sex between two female friends. It’s a straightforward enough fantasy—one you might see on any mainstream porn site—but in Dispea’s hands it is anything but basic. The nuanced build-up and contextualisation, palpable sexual tension, and the explicit (but still realistic) descriptions of sex serve to turn it into something special.
4. “Spit-Roasted By Spock?” Bawdy Storytelling
Podcasts are also great platforms for audio porn. One third of adults in the U.S. have listened to a podcast in the past month. According to research company Ovum, global podcast advertising revenue reached $490 million in 2017 and is expected to be worth $1 billion by the end of 2020.
“Bawdy Storytelling” is a free podcast that features real, submitted stories, developed and curated by host Dixie De La Tour before being told in front of a live audience. “Spit-Roasted By Spock?” is a perfect example of how Bawdy Storytelling combines humour, sex and memoir to create a narrative that’s sexy and silly while still being thought-provoking. The Trekkie dream come true is the account of what happened when burlesque performer Alotta Boutté revealed her fantasy of having a threesome with Captain Kirk and Spock while dressed as Lieutenant Uhura.

Sex blogger Girl On The Net started recording her narrative blog posts after a visually impaired follower told her that using a screen reader resulted in the post being read out in a really unsexy monotone. She began recording the stories herself, and has since discovered that many of her sighted fans also prefer the audio format.
Her stories are based on real thoughts, experiences and fantasies—both her own, and those of her guest bloggers. That adds a voyeuristic edge to them. Her frank, explicit style manages to be both arousing and warmly familiar—like a friend telling you a dirty story down the pub.

Amber Lynn (born Laura Lynn Allen ; September 3, 1964) [1] is an American pornographic film actress and mainstream actress, radio host, model, exotic dancer , advocate and humanitarian.

Lynn was born Laura Lynn Allen in Orange, California, the youngest daughter of a retired Air Force officer. She has four brothers and an older sister who died at the age of two from an undetected heart defect. When Lynn was three, her parents divorced after it was discovered her father had a family with another woman. Shortly after, Lynn's mother suffered a nervous breakdown , and Lynn was placed in foster care, where she was physically
abused. She was reunited with her mother when she was seven. Shortly after, the two of them were involved in a car accident on the interstate; Lynn was thrown clear of the car and her mother died at the scene. [4]

Lynn and her brothers were placed with her father and his new family; in total there were eight boys and Lynn in the house. When Lynn was eleven, her father died of alcoholism and heart failure. As a teenager, Lynn self-described her change as going from "pudgy kind of bucktoothed" tomboy to a "rocking little body". [4] She started doing fitness modeling, bikini modeling, and hot body contests. She relocated to Hollywood and became a regular at the clubs on Sunset Strip . [4]

Lynn was a bikini and figure model in Los Angeles in the early 1980s; following this she was featured in nude magazine photo spreads for Penthouse , Hustler , Chic , High Society and Club magazines. Lynn made the transition from nude modeling to pornographic films with an appearance in Bobby Hollander 's 1983 feature Personal Touch 3 in a scene with Craig Roberts, and in the video "Vixens In Heat" release date= December 1983 [4] [5] In 1983, shortly after her photo spread appeared in Penthouse magazine, she went to an audition for a movie where the director was a well-known porn veteran. There, in an effort to calm her nervousness, the director offered Lynn a pipe with some freebase cocaine . It was her first encounter with the drug; she later described the feeling of being as "It's as if the birds are singing. The light is brighter. All of a sudden I'm no longer this gangly nervous teenager. I'm sitting there going 'Oh wow! ' ". [6] she has been clean and sober since 2000 and works in the detox of addicts and alcoholics at times.

Lynn was the first female performer to open the door for adult film stars to be featured in dance touring, being recognized for this accomplishment throughout the United States and Canada. Lynn was the highest paid female performer on the strip club circuit, making $32,000 a week. [7]

Lynn has had roles in non-adult films such as Evils of the Night (1985) and 52 Pick-Up (1986), and in the television program The Man Show and guest starred as herself in Lionsgate's Who's Jenna...? (2018), she was featured as Michael Douglas character’s "Fantasy Lady" in The Kominsky Method (2019), and appeared in the documentary Larry Flynt for President (2021)
For her 28th birthday in 1992, Lynn hosted a benefit birthday party at the Bel Age hotel in Beverly Hills . The benefit was in honor of The Youth AIDS Foundation of Los Angeles , an organization providing housing and assistance for helping runaways get off the streets and for teenagers with HIV , which was about to go under. [8] An August 1992 issue of the Los Angeles Times quoted her statement on page two: "Let's give them food, clothing and shelter and we'll worry about role models later", alongside a shot of her dressed in a formal gown, holding an infant girl. This was a breakthrough moment for how the adult industry was viewed by the mainstream concerning its crossover involvement in children's organizations, as never before had a children's organization knowingly accepted support from the adult entertainment industry. [9]

Lynn has opposed the Los Angeles "Safer Sex in the Adult-Film Industry" initiative, which mandates that actors in adult films shot in Los Angeles County use condoms. She has been involved in the first charity to accept contributions from the adult film industry, Youth AIDS Foundation of Los Angeles, since 1992. [10] She has served as the Sergeant at Arms for APAG Union The Adult Performance Actors Guild a federally recognized union serving artists, and talent in the industry since 2016. She also helps other charities such as Rock Against MS, ACLU, CHLA Children's Hospital Los Angeles, Childhood Cancer Awareness, Th
