Condition: This item is pre-owned and in good condition. Her right thumb is missing. There are no other major visible cracks or chips. There is one flea bite at the bottom base. There may be dust from storage.  All items are sold as is, please bid accordingly.

Location for Pickup : The local pickup office is located at 3249 Navarre Ave Oregon, Ohio 43616 Monday-Friday 10am-3pm, with pickup schedule available one business day from payment date. During Pick-up, the customer will be required to provide their Shopgoodwill buyer id name and sign for their purchase. Items remaining in pickup facility past 14 business days will be re-auctioned/recycled depending on the date auction was originally posted and will not be available for pickup or refund. Items must be paid for online prior to pick up, we cannot accept payment at time of pick up.
Items paid for as LOCAL PICKUP, will automatically be made available for pickup, no sooner than 24hrs from when payment is received. You MUST then call us at 419-255-0070 ext. 3012 or submit a ticket to set up your Pickup Appointment.
Unpaid items over 7 days past due will be re-listed.
Return policy : All returns of eligible items for refund must be pre-authorized within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be received in the same condition as sold. No refunds will be authorized for shipping & handling. A refund will not be submitted for items returned without prior authorization. Items returned without approval are considered donations. Items with Sold As Is or Parts/Repair in the description are non-returnable and non-refundable. A return label will not be provided for items that were described to the best our knowledge. Shopgoodwill staff are not experts in any field and have little knowledge of what items and what info should be included. All inquiries should be submitted before making a bid. Refunded money can take up to 14 days to arrive back in original payment account.
Items Broken in shipment Must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the item. If an item is missing from your order we require notification of this error within 7 days of receipt of package.
