PoolDose: Pool & Spa Dosing — Support

PoolDose is a one-time-purchase pool & spa dosing instrument that works fully offline. Enter your test readings and PoolDose computes exactly how much of which product to add, for chlorine, bromine, salt and biguanide systems, at any volume.

How to use: tap a species float on the home instrument, type your reading, and the dose re-solves live. 'Log this test' saves the reading to your on-device ledger. THE LEDGER lets you export your complete history as a plain JSON file at any time, free — and import it on a new phone (Import is part of the one-time unlock).

Moving to a new phone: export your ledger from THE LEDGER screen, transfer the file, then on the new phone install PoolDose and use THE LEDGER > Import. No account is needed; PoolDose stores everything on your device only.

Purchases: PoolDose offers a single one-time unlock (no subscription). Use 'Restore Purchases' on the paywall or in Settings after reinstalling.

Safety note: PoolDose computes doses from your own readings — always follow your chemical product's label and confirm against your own test kit.
