PoolDose — Privacy Policy

This policy describes PoolDose 1.1.

Data stored on your device

PoolDose stores your pool and hot-tub information, readings, calculated doses and test history locally on your device. There is no PoolDose account or sign-in.

PoolDose does not sync this data with iCloud. The app has no iCloud entitlement.

Collection and network requests

PoolDose does not collect or transmit your personal data or usage data to the developer. The app makes no network requests of its own and contains no third-party SDK.

Apple handles in-app purchases and purchase restoration through StoreKit. These Apple services are separate from PoolDose's local storage. PoolDose does not receive your payment information.

Export and import

In History, Export .json lets you export your records to a destination you choose. Export is free. A file you choose to transfer or share is outside the app's local storage.

Import, included in the one-time purchase, reads a PoolDose .json export you select. The app asks for confirmation before replacing its current data.

Permissions

PoolDose requests no permissions.

Purchases

PoolDose offers a one-time purchase, with no subscription. Restore purchase restores purchase access through Apple; it does not restore local test history. Use your exported records when transferring history to another device.
