Unexpected nudity/cfnm situations at swimming pools

I’ve witnessed a couple of brilliant but totally unexpected cfnm experiences at swimming pools - one recent and one a while ago, which would definitely fit in here. It turned out half the main pool was roped off for lap swimming, which I ended up having all to myself, and the other half was reserved for a school group. The smaller, shallow pool was holding a mother and baby session, with 5 or 6 women aged about 19-40 taking part, ranging from extremely milfy to very out of shape. Shortly after I got in the pool, the school group arrived. It was a class of about 15 boys, I’d say aged around 15 or 16, who all walked out onto the poolside in their school uniform. Their male teacher instructed them to put their bags down along the wall, in the narrow area between the main pool and shallow pool. He spoke briefly to the lifeguard (a cute, curvy but gym-toned early 20s girl), and told the boys to get changed while he went to speak to reception.

They seemed hesitant/reluctant, but as he left he clapped his hands and told them to hurry up as they only had 40 minutes of pool time. They all got started, removing shoes and socks etc. They were only about 10ft from the elevated lifeguard chair and were also in full view of the mums in the training pool. Once a few of them had got their trousers off, it quickly became apparent that they, or the school, hadn’t got the memo about the changing room access. All but 1 or 2 of them were in regular underwear. It was almost like there was a collective brief pause, once they were all down to either shirt and boxers, or just boxers, as it dawned on them that they were going to have to strip naked out here on the poolside, in full view of the female lifeguard and 5 or 6 young mums in the training pool.

This realisation clearly hadn’t escaped the mums either, as literally every pair of eyes in the shallow pool was looking in the same direction. I watched as the boys took different approaches to getting changed - it was quite funny really. A couple of them turned towards the wall, so that the women would only get a rear view as they pulled down their boxers and got into their trunks. A couple kept their shirts on while they changed into their trunks, so they were at least partly covered. Some others didn’t turn away, but seemed to scrabble out of their boxers and into their trunks as quickly as possible, to minimise their exposure.

Surprisingly though, a group of about 5 of them seemed to be very casual about it, pulling down their boxers while either directly facing or side-on to the women in the training pool, giving them a full frontal view, and really not being in any hurry to cover up. People say it’s men who ogle women, but believe me, every set of eyes in that pool was squarely fixed on this group of naked boys, changing into their swimming trunks with their penises on full display. Even the lifeguard girl seemed to be watching intently.

Then, just as the last of them were almost done, in the absence of their teacher, one of the group who was still naked and about to get into his trunks, was suddenly shoved by one or two of the other guys and lost his balance, toppling sideways and landing in the training pool, fully nude, with a huge splash. Luckily none of the mothers was near the edge, so he didn’t land on any of them, but the lifeguard blew her whistle and shouted angrily. The mums all looked shocked, but seemed to find it funny, watching as he waded to the steps and walked back up onto the poolside naked. Given his height and the depth of water in the training pool, I suspect his penis might have been just above the surface as he waded to the edge. The lifeguard had a definite smirk on her face, but still did her job and shouted at the boys a lot. The guy who got dunked quickly got into his trunks.
