Police Kosice: current – HELCMANOVCE (OKR. GELNICA)

For now, we can confirm that the police are actively acting in connection with the incident that occurred this morning in the village of Helcmanovce.

Police officers are on the scene and are carrying out the necessary procedural actions. They find out why the act occurred, as well as the circumstances that preceded it.

Two people were taken to hospital by the RZP crew. The extent and severity of their injuries are not yet known.

Due to suspicions of committing violent crime, regional criminologists are also on the scene. The case was taken over by the investigator of the Regional Directorate of the police force in Kosice.

So far, no specific person has been arrested or charged.

The investigation is at an early stage, so we will provide more information as soon as the situation in the investigation allows.
