One more thing to note, the transit system. Plump City is a pocket reality with a monorail that's both designed to accommodate the larger build, but all bring about slimmer forms for alterations.

One of Otaku town's famous Maid Cafes entering through the large doors the pair are quickly surrounded by chubby maids. Some are dressed as catgirls or other cute animals.

"I don't know think you could share with me please Yaeko-dono." Mary Jane replies unaware of adding a Japanese honorific to Yaeko's name.
Smiling at MJ, Yaeko places her order and the various maids scramble to get all of the food. Quickly arriving with a small mountain of food the maids grab various pieces of cutlery and start feeding MJ and Yaeko. Although initially weirded out MJ quickly got into it with prompting by Yaeko.
Watching MJ being fed by the various and very kawaii maids Yaeko is very pleased with herself. It's always makes her happy to see some skinny stick become an adorable and plump marshmallow girl.
