1️⃣ Minted an NFT but it’s taking too long to arrive

Answer: NFTs are minted in sequence, so the waiting time may be longer. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours, fill out the form (link at the bottom of this FAQ).

We do not recommend making multiple transactions at once. Wait for one NFT to be received before making another transaction.

2️⃣ Tonkeeper is not confirming the transaction

Answer: If you already have one transaction in progress, the system won't allow you to start another and will show an error. Wait for the current transaction to complete and the NFT to be credited. Don't click "approve" multiple times, as it will only make things worse.

3️⃣ Points were deducted

Answer: In this situation, the points are frozen by the system. Once we receive feedback that the transaction didn’t go through, the points should unfreeze and return to your account. If the points have been missing for more than 24 hours, please fill out the form.

4️⃣ Both points and commission were deducted, but the NFT hasn't arrived

Answer: Please wait, the queue is being processed. The waiting time is longer due to the involvement of more than six smart contracts, so minting may take some time.

5️⃣ Points were not deducted, but the commission was

Answer: The transaction likely failed, and the points were returned. In this case, fill out the form, and we will manually check everything and issue compensation.

6️⃣ Bought one part, but received another or several other parts

Answer: There was a technical glitch during the initial stage, which caused the system to send and duplicate NFTs. This may have resulted in receiving the wrong part or multiple parts. If you didn’t receive the correct part, or got the wrong one, fill out the form. If you received extra parts, feel free to keep them as a bonus from us.

7️⃣ Bought one part, but received three

Answer: We’re happy for you! The system duplicated the minting. Consider it a New Year’s gift! 🎁

8️⃣ What are ship parts/ships for, and where can you get them?

Answer: Each ship part and ship itself is an NFT. You can mint ship parts for the in-game currency (1 billion) plus a minting fee in TON, or you can buy them on GetGems. You can create a ship from parts or buy one on GetGems. By having a Level 1 ship in your wallet, you are eligible for the BUMP token airdrop. You can upgrade your ship by adding 6 more parts to it and getting a Level 2 ship, and so on. The higher the ship's level, the larger the token allocation you'll receive.

9️⃣ What is the maximum number of ship levels?

Answer: There is no limit to the number of ship levels. However, the total number of ship parts is limited. Currently, there are 100,000 parts available.

🔟 What is the "Rarity" of ships and parts, and what does it affect?

Answer: Currently, all ship parts have the same rarity, but the number of parts is different. Rarer parts will likely become more expensive due to higher demand.

1️⃣1️⃣ My daily "check-in" is not working or resets. The daily login is not being counted.

Answer: In the first case, you're probably missing the required time window for check-ins. In the second case, please contact support and wait. We are aware of this bug and are working on a fix.
