Due to the large percentage of white beans, the chocolate has a light colour, and the vibrant flavours are like a fruity wine with passion-fruit and raspberry. Skip to content. Having undertaken a fashion design degree and worked as a chef, she brings creativity and a dedication to good flavour to her chocolates. She has set up Smooth Chocolator as a small batch bean-to-bar chocolate company based in Geelong, using ethically sourced and transparently traded beans.
