"We are deeply convinced that only maximum pressure through sanctions, measures against the so-called 'shadow fleet,' as well as Ukraine's successes on the battlefield, can create conditions for progress toward a just peace. Therefore, we continue to support Ukraine. Germany will provide only this year 11.5 billion euros in direct military aid. "
