️Piracy in the Baltic Sea
The Swedish Coast Guard and Police in the Baltic Sea off the coast of Trelleborg in southern Sweden detained the dry cargo ship Caffa (flag Guinea). For the operation under the idiotic name “Black Coffee”, helicopters were again used, from one of which a landing party disembarked.
Investigative actions are being carried out on board. The formal pretext – suspicion of violating the Law on Maritime Navigation (the ship is unseaworthy), lack of insurance and a false flag, the real – the vessel being on the sanctions list of Ukraine (⁉️).
Unfortunately, our predictions about the intensification of pirate activities by NATO countries against ships transporting Russian cargo are coming true.
The reason is the lack of timely adequate response measures.
