It should be pretty obious, ads are not being blocked on pimpandhost.com
I first saw this in 7.9 beta 1 and hoped it would be sorted with a later version but it persists with 7.9 RC.
Using the browser assistant i can block them manually in Firefox and IE11.

Not reproduced by direct visit, but I rememeber when I navigated from somewhere ##.aaablock_yes didn't match as it changed to aaablock_no . Seeking for Steps to reproduce.
The site uses !important so even in the matching case modified rule for apps is required.
