We decided to leave the loud music behind and go sit in the smoking area. This being the weekend before Memorial Day, I wanted to take advantage of the long weekend and get things done around the house. Experience has shown that this is easier to do if I’m not a hung-over mess on Sunday. The solution to that is to go out Friday night instead of Saturday night.
So I told my friends my plans and Robyn was the only one to reply and say that she would be out. She also said that she was planning on going out Saturday night. I was surprised that Shannon didn’t reply. She usually will say if she’s a coming or not.
Once again I had to rely on some double sided tape to make sure my top stayed in place. It didn’t work as well this time. I tried to attach one side of the tape to my breasts, but it didn’t want to stay in place. It’s early in the summer and we just got out of another long cold winter. How can you hate the heat already? Robyn’s drink was taking a while so I decided not to wait for her and went upstairs to find a place to sit.
I found a couple of seats at the bar at the top of the stairs and sat down. I ordered a drink and waited for Robyn to make it upstairs. And waited. And waited. Maybe I’m exaggerating, but it did seem like a long time. Long enough for the seats next to me to be filled up, and then vacated again before she showed up. Fortunately the seats to my left were empty when she got there and she was able to sit down.
Not long after Robyn got there a young woman came over and told her how nice she looked. The woman introduced herself as Anna (At least that’s what I heard, Robyn thought her name was Hannah. But it’s my story so we’re going with Anna.) She was wearing a white top and what appeared to be a black, short leather or faux leather skirt and black 3” wedge sandals.
