Physical Layer Communication Algorithm Leader

Job Responsibilities:

● Define innovations and technical contributions to improve product in the area of advanced transceiver DSP design

● Support definition, implementation, and execution of the product/chip vision, strategy and tactics

● Develop models/algorithms of overall system performance and engage in performance tradeoff to maximize system performances

● Engage in bringing up, debugging and tuning the performance of product/chip in the lab

Job Duties:

● Team Leader- Lead a group to reach the set product target, including task assignment, project management etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

● In depth understanding of technology of communication including coding/decoding, modulation/demodulation, equalization, and multi-user theory etc.

● In depth understanding of ecosystem around communication industry.

● 8+ years experience on physical layer algorithm/system design, and algorithms applied into commercial products.

● 5+ years experience of team leading

● Master degree or higher in electrical engineer, communication, mathematic or related disciplines.

● Expericence with MATLAB and Python

● Fluent communication skills in English and Russian.
