What the app shows

Whether a service answers from your device right now and how many milliseconds it takes. If it does not answer, how exactly that differs from plain "not working".

Everything is red

Look at the "Reference points" group at the top. If Cloudflare, Google and Apple are silent too, the problem is your connection rather than the services — the app says so.

What the labels mean

• no answer — the connection opened and hung;
• connection reset — it broke halfway;
• name not resolving — the domain never becomes an address;
• address substituted — the domain points at a provider's notice page, its IP is shown next to it;
• certificate error — the server answers, but its certificate fails validation in iOS;
• slow — answers, but takes over a second.

The numbers change between runs

That is normal: the response time depends on the network, on how busy the service is and on which delivery node answered. Read the order of magnitude, not the exact milliseconds.

How to remove it

Delete the app the usual way. It leaves nothing behind.
