Lulu Castagnette is presenting two new fragrances in 2010; Les Petites Folies 00:10 and Les Petites Folies 20:15. They arrive in colourful flacons with illustrations of Paris. Les Petites Folies 20:15 was created by Corinne Cachen of such notes as pear, bergamot and almond blossom in top notes, peony, iris and almond in a heart and blond wood, amber and musk. The fragrance is constructed as floral-powdery-musk. Available as 50ml edp and 100ml edp.
The smell: it smells like a nice almondy soap to me. Very nice and classy.
The bottle
While ordering: "oh my God this looks SO cute! I've never had a perfume with a puffer! Can't wait to use it and feel awesome!"
Delivery day: I need to press it like 10 times to get a drop of perfume on my arm... Doesn't feel awesome, at all.
1 day after delivery: the puffer wrapping material tore off, the threads went apart. And then... the puffer fell off.............

Such a delicious little gem! Almonds and sugared sweets. Very akin to Tendre Madeleine and Tendre Friandise . It is soft yet persistant, gourmand without being overwhelmingly sweet. I find this to be praline perfection with a light sugar powder floral heart and a delicious comforting ambery base that smells like Lolita Lempika's 'fleur défendue'. A treat for the senses and the packaging is simply adorable. Great longevity, good sillage yet light and airy. My new love.. ♥
These are at Perfume Connection in Australia. I tested it because my husband pointed it out I didn't even know what it was. Lovely smell but they are available.
Hum...I was looking for it and I met only in Paris (in the Lulu´s store and in the internet to buy online in a french site).
I liked to know that is possible to buy it in Portugal too, thanks!
Sarah, not only in Paris, I have seen them for sale in Lisabon in Portugal, quite possibly there are more countries where Castagnette's can be found.
