We were luckily enough to book a bike tour with Hugo last weekend, his professionalism and enthusiasm was more than we expected. From booking to the selfie at the end, this guided bike tour was one of the best on our travels. The bikes were better than we thought, and every extra you could have imagined was there. Loved Petite Reine’s “Overlord” day trip. Hugo was a terrific host and guide, knowing exactly where to go to explain the incredible June 6 story. Hauling his iPad out to show the beach attacks, old town photos and 1944 landscape gave us a real sense of the D-Day events. Coupled with the Landing history, this is a terrific area for cycling. …

We booked the Overlord Bike tour and had Hugo as our guide for the day. Hugo was an excellent guide. Growing up in Bayeux, Hugo was able to share details about the area, and lifestyle in addition to being very knowledgeable about D-Day, history and events.He tailored the bike route to our interests and is very personable. His English is excellent. Hugo thought of everything, including packing some local cider and cookies to enjoy along the way. A thoughtful stop for a morning coffee and lunch stop tailored to our request were placed at scenic locations. The E bikes were in excellent condition and very comfortable and easy to operate. We highly recommend booking a tour with Hugo from Petite Reine. E-bikes with Hugo is the best way to tour DDay sites and enjoy the Normandy countryside. …

Our afternoon bike tour from Bayeux to the beaches at Asnelles and Cap Manvieux was amazing. We experienced the beauty of the local countryside and its rolling hills and fields on our way to the beaches. The bike trail above Cap Manvieux was truly stunning. Hugo has incredible local knowledge and was a great guide. Thanks for accommodating our request for an ice cream stop! You can use as much or as little pedal assist with the e-bike as you like. Really great experience! …

After a 5 day visit to busy Paris we did a tour with Hugo on the Normandy coast. Our group decided after completing all 15 days of our French vacation that our day with Hugo and Petite Reine was our favorite day. Wonderful bikes, beautiful and relaxing tour, great D-Day history to go along with our food and wine stops. I would do this tour again in a heart beat! …

sharply tipped petals have fuchsia pink margins and apexes surrounding light yellow upper centers. Throats and bases of petals are white. Tube is white. Stigma barely extends past the anthers. Basal petals are smaller than upper petals.
phylloclades exhibit slight cupping with four acutely tipped dentitions along each margin to the tip. An extra apical dentition is present on some of the phyllclades. Growth habit initially upright, likely becoming more pendant over time.
