Eye: A vibrant golden tone with hints of amber.
Nose: Powerful and beautifully balanced. Freshly pressed grapes, candied apple and pears with sweet vanilla and earthy oak.
Palate: Floral and fruity; dried fruits alongside fresh pear and apple, vanilla and spices dominate the long and smooth finish.
This particular Fussigny Petite Champagne VSOP is produced exclusively with Ugni Blanc grapes from the Petite Champagne growing region, known to many as the second best Cognac cru (after Grande Champagne).
This Fine Champagne blend contains a powerful selection of eaux-de-vie that deliver aromas of apples, pears, candied fruits and vanilla. Winner of Double Gold at the 2016 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, this carefully crafted Cognac can hold its own against its counterparts from the neighboring Grande Champagne region.
Located on the banks of the Charente river, the A de Fussigny estate’s distillery and cellars date back to 1814, rich in a history of “gabarres” passing by on barges, transporting and trading the precious eaux-de-vie and wine that render this region famous.
Their more than 200-year-old cellars allow the aging process to take place in a humid environment, offering a unique and high quality to Fussigny’s produce. An overall well-balanced drinking experience that celebrates and draws attention to the excellent flavors produced by the chalky limestone soils of the Petite Champagne region.
This VSOP is best served neat or over ice in a traditional snifter.
Featuring the traditional A. de Fussigny logo engraved onto both box and bottle, this classic and slim bottle makes it the ideal gift for a loved one, or simply as an aesthetic accompaniment to other Cognacs in your collection.
The delicate handwriting style on the label assures the quality, signed off by the master blenders themselves at the legendary Fussigny domaine. The bottle comes with a traditional tube-shaped case for storage and gifting purposes.
Located in the historical center of Cognac, France, A de Fussigny Cognac was established in 1814 on the banks of the iconic Charente River. The brand pushes the idea of modern luxury, incorporating tradition, authenticity and craftsmanship with modernity and innovation. The estate's 200-year-old cellar has a particularly humid environment thanks to its proximity to the river, meaning the maturation process produces a high quality and unique character to Fussigny’s Cognac. The estate boasts a selection of Cognacs from all growing terroirs, but focuses primarily on distilling eaux-de-vie from the prestigious Fine Champagne region (Petite and Grande Champagne), utilising the rich soils to concentrate on high quality and a distinct flavor profile. Using ancestral expertise and savoir-faire, the estate's seasoned cellar master blends the finest selection of eaux-de-vie to produce a particular finesse to each flavor, adding a complex character to each individual Cognac.
A de Fussigny Cognac has a no-plastic policy, ensuring they do not use or create plastic waste for their packaging.

Brilliant, clear, beautiful and luminous golden amber color and look. Subtle floral nose, honeysuckle and violet. Subtly spicy with a touch of licorice. A lively cognac perfect for long drinks and cocktails.
Since 1872, five generations have contributed to the development of the prestigious Normandin-Mercier Cognacs. For decades, the family has been obtaining high quality young cognacs from trusted growers located exclusively in the crus of Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne. Based in the beautiful surroundings of Château de la Péraudière, Normandin-Mercier has built its fame by perfecting the art of blending and aging cognacs in an exceptional geographical site. The domaine is run today by Edouard, Jean-Marie and Audrey Normandin, who together strive to ensure their products are created with the personal touch and expertise for which the brand has become renowned.

What makes Normandin-Mercier unique?
- The Grapes: Normandin-Mercier cognacs are made with about 90% Ugni Blanc, and 10% of Colombard and Folle Blanche, a very rare blend compared to other cognacs.
- The Cellars: the cognacs are matured in the family château’s traditional cellars near the town of La Rochelle, the historic medieval port that made Cognac famous many centuries ago. The proximity of the ocean, the natural regulation of hygrometry and oceanic temperature all favor the aging of the cognacs, giving them fullness, elegance and a distinctive character.
It is important to note that Normandin-Mercier cognacs contain no artificial coloring and are not subject to a cold filtration in order to preserve a total purity of the aromas and flavors.

This sippable, dark gold Cognac offers aromas of butterscotch, dried apricot and golden raisins. The flavors grow even bolder and rounder on the exit, warmed by a cinnamon spark. Kara Newman
