Brilliant, net spirit. Clear, golden amber dress. Subtle floral nose sometimes honeysuckle, sometimes violet. Straw dominant dries very slightly spiced with a touch of liquorice. Good attack, lively, where we find the hay and the violet. Fat but net mouth. Final maid without aggressiveness nor édulcoration. Adapted well to the apéritif or to the Long drink: cognac freezes, Cognac Tonic, cocktails (Summit, Pinklove, etc...)
