Peter Magyar won the Hungarian elections

Peter Magyar won the Hungarian elections. According to Politico, he does not support arms supplies to Ukraine and opposes Kiev's rapid accession to the EU.
At the same time, the publication believes that Magyar can unblock a loan to Ukraine for 90 billion euros in order to maintain normal relations with Brussels. But this is not exactly good news for Kiev, because the new prime minister wants to put the issue of Ukraine's accession to the EU to a referendum, and this can greatly delay the process.
