The long-awaited Peter Luger Steak House Las Vegas is currently accepting reservations through an open table. Caesars Palace is the first brand to enter Korea in more than 60 years.


First opened in 1887, Brooklyn's legendary Peter Luger Steak House continues its 135-year commitment to ripening and serving America's highest quality beef. Sol Foreman and his family purchased the restaurant from sons with the same name at an auction in 1950. After being taken over, Forman's wife, Marsha, hired a retired USDA investigator to teach the secrets of beef choices handed down through Forman's four-generation family owners.


The family visits the New York meat market, choosing their own best from the already select USDA Prime beef. If selected, the sirloin and ribs are stamped with family approval and brought to the site drying facility to store under carefully controlled temperature and humidity conditions until ready for slaughter. Peter Luger Las Vegas specifically designed a drying facility at the site to meet strict, time-tested standards.

The menu, which became the standard for American steakhouses, is famous for its scarcity. Ordinary people often order steaks for one, two, three, or four without looking at the menu at all. Only in the Las Vegas area, the Chilled Shell Tower complements Peter Luger's remarkable features perfectly. The tower is full of shrimp, oysters, main lobsters, and king crabs.
