Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Injury Case Manager. The role involves managing case files, maintaining client communication, and coordinating with attorneys, healthcare providers, and insurers. The Case Manager will collect and organize case details, monitor case progress, ensure deadlines are met, and facilitate the efficient resolution of personal injury claims. Additional responsibilities may include preparing legal documents, summarizing medical records, and updating clients on case developments.
Qualifications
* Experience with case management tasks such as client communication, case progression tracking, and deadline management
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple case files efficiently
* Familiarity with personal injury law, legal documentation, and processes
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients, attorneys, and external parties
* Proficiency in using case management software and general office applications
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and high attention to detail
* Experience in handling confidential information with a high level of discretion
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field (preferred)
* Previous experience in a personal injury law firm or legal environment is a plus
