Because it includes a whole lot of hands-on instruction with the knowledge needed to advance in your career, a lot of times you'll be more effective than a student with a conventional program. However, there are also other advantages to be had. The last phase of your Coaching should be the post-Training feedback session for all staff members. During this portion of the process, you should be looking to learn how the staff members are responding to the course material and it's very important to hear feedback on whether they are contented with the information they received or not.
