This article breaks down Heal Bottle, an item that restores N% of the fighter’s max HP.
It can roll on fighters from the Urban Brutes, Hamstormers, and Shadows factions.
Heal Bottle scales directly from maximum HP, which makes it especially valuable on high-Endurance fighters. In addition, builds that generate Armor benefit more from healing, since Armor increases effective HP and lets each heal go further.
Sustain also plays an important pacing role: more healing means longer fights, more turns, and a higher chance to reach Rage or activate slower perks with 3–4 charge requirements.
🔗 Strong Synergies
Big Guy → Passively increases Endurance, raising max HP and directly increasing the amount healed by Heal Bottle.
Healer → Increases all healing effects, making Heal Bottle restore more HP on use.
Paladin → Grants Armor when healing. Each Heal Bottle use adds survivability on top of the raw heal.
Power of Light → When the hero is healed, deals damage equal to N% of the healed HP to the enemy. Heal Bottle turns into both sustain and damage.
⚡ Medium Synergy
Jack of All Trades → Passively increases all stats, including Endurance. This slightly raises max HP and improves the value of Heal Bottle.
Heal Bottle works best in durability-focused builds: high Endurance, Armor stacking, and healing synergies. In those setups, it doesn’t just restore HP — it extends fights, stabilizes early pressure, and enables slower but stronger perk activations later on.
