About the Role
We’re looking for a designer who can also build - one person who takes a page from idea to live on Shopify without a separate developer.
You design it, you build it, you ship it. You’ll use Claude Code (or similar AI coding tools) connected to Shopify to move faster than a traditional design-then-dev handoff ever could. This is core to how we want to work - the whole point is speed without losing quality.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Working hand-in-hand with our CRO expert to design and build landing pages and test variations quickly (this partnership is critical - you two are a unit)
* Constantly optimizing the website and landing pages
* Preparing new landing pages, mapped to our active ad angles and audiences
* Refreshing and modernizing the entire website - bringing it up to a premium, cohesive standard
* Maintaining brand and design consistency across every page and touchpoint
* Shipping fast using Claude Code + Shopify, without relying on a separate developer
Who You Are
Hard requirements (do not apply if these aren’t true):
* You design AND develop. You take pages from concept to live yourself.
* You know how to connect Claude Code (or a comparable AI coding tool) to Shopify and use it to ship faster. You work solo with AI - no separate developer.
* You have built landing pages before and understand how design choices affect conversion.
* Your work is genuinely well-branded and polished. We need to see it.
* Energized by building something original, not following a playbook.
* Comfortable taking full ownership of a process, person, or outcome - and you don’t let things fall through the cracks
* Organised, self-driven and professional in how you manage time, relationships, and execution.
Nice To Haves
* Strong eye for premium, cohesive branding - everything you touch looks like it belongs to the same brand
* Comfortable owning an entire Shopify site: theme structure, custom sections, speed, mobile-first
* Fast. You move at the pace of our creative and CRO output without dropping quality.
* Understand conversion basics and can partner cleanly with a CRO lead on tests
* Italian is a plus but not required - localization is handled

This role is a remote role and the appointment will be made on an independent contractor basis.
