Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and improve e-com promo approach to ensure website \ ePharmacy \ marketplace \ product cards and TMA quality performance in collaboration with ecom trade and marketing teams
- 360 ecom performance analytics (GA; metrica; seller data; Ozon and Yandex dashboard; etc) to grow campaigns conversions and ROI
- Launch and optimize e-com promo campaigns in ad-accounts(ozon; yandex; WB; e-shop ) and online pharmacies including branded site traffic
- Launch special activations and targeted promotions (brand-zone \ highlights), attracting internal and external resources.
- Tactical T&L experiments approach development and implementation
- Develop 360 e-content plans to ensure synergy for all the assets and e-shelves
Candidate profile:
- High Education (tech or finance)
- Performance certification (google; yandex) as advantage
- Required work (digital agency\in-house\e-com platform) experience: 3+ years
- Experience with marketplaces for large accounts (Pharma or FMCG as advantage)
- High level of expertise in performance marketing and analytics (Attribution modeling, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis)
- Ability to manage a large amount of data (360 promo plans for the entire portfolio, campaign statuses including different teams involvement)
- Successful cases of brand e-com launches and rapid e-com share growth
- Languages: English (intermediate+)
