Performance Manager

Digital nomads. Work from anywhere

Company: influence.vision

Do you live and breathe data? Do you know your way around dashboards, attribution models and campaign metrics – and can you turn raw numbers into clear recommendations that actually move the needle? Are you up to date with the latest developments on Instagram, TikTok and beyond?
If you've answered 'YES' to all these questions and can identify with our mission statement: 'We make influencer collaborations simple' – then you're exactly the person we need!
We're currently looking for a Performance Manager on a full-time basis, starting August 2026.
Tasks
* Building and maintaining performance dashboards that give clients and internal teams a real-time view of campaign results
* Defining, tracking and reporting on key metrics: reach, engagement, CPM, CPE, conversion, ROI and beyond
* Translating data into clear, actionable optimisation insights – identifying what's working, what isn't, and why
* Owning the end-to-end measurement framework for influencer campaigns: from KPI-setting before launch to post-campaign analysis and recommendations
* Collaborating closely with the project management and creative teams to feed performance learnings back into campaign strategy
* Preparing client-facing reports and presentations that tell a compelling story with data
* Monitoring platform algorithm changes, new ad formats and measurement updates across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels
* Supporting the development of scalable, repeatable reporting processes as we grow
Qualifications
* 2-4 years of professional experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing analytics, or a data-driven marketing role
* Solid understanding of social media metrics and what drives meaningful performance across Instagram and TikTok
* Hands-on experience with dashboard and reporting tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar)
* Comfortable working with data from multiple sources – platform analytics, affiliate tracking, paid media reporting
* Fluent in English (written and spoken) – this is our working language; German is not required
* Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
* Detail-oriented and highly organised – you spot the anomaly in the data before anyone else does
* Proactive and solutions-focused – you don't just flag problems, you come with answers
Benefits
* Exciting campaigns with brands and creators you'll actually recognise
* Fully remote working – work from wherever you feel most comfortable, with access to a co-working space if you prefer a dedicated work environment
* Flexible working hours and the freedom to manage your own time
* Flat hierarchies, a friendly atmosphere and close collaboration within a young, dedicated team
* Real responsibility from day one – no busywork, just meaningful contributions
* A varied role with genuine opportunities to grow within the team
If you're as excited about our team as you are about this role, send us your CV with your professional background and previous experience. Please also include a short cover letter explaining why you're the perfect fit for us – "sell yourself!"
