Terms of Use for Perfect Body Studio (the “App”)

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Perfect Body Studio mobile application (the “App”) provided by TeaCapps GmbH (“TeaCapps”). By installing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.

TeaCapps is not a party to any transactions, agreements, or disputes that may arise between you and those third-party Websites. All purchases, contracts, or disagreements are governed by the terms and privacy policies of the relevant Websites.

3. Service Availability and Changes

TeaCapps strives to keep the App available and functioning smoothly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for maintaining backups of any data you store within the App.

TeaCapps reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the App—or any of its features, including paid services—at any time and without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Disclaimer

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, TeaCapps will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the App.

4.2 Indemnification

By using the App, you agree to indemnify and hold TeaCapps harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions that arise from your violation of these Terms or from infringing on the rights of any third party.

5. General Conditions

5.1 Changes to the Terms

TeaCapps may revise or update these Terms of Use at any time. If substantial changes are made, TeaCapps will notify users through appropriate channels. Your continued use of the App after such updates signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

5.2 Termination of Use

You are free to stop using the App at any time. However, if you continue to use the App following any modifications to these Terms, you are deemed to have accepted those changes.
