The man, who has not been named, left the meeting but forgot to turn his camera off so was unaware his X-rated performance was being live-streamed to the horror of its other particpants
A participant in a Zoom meeting turned the air blue when he forget to turn his camera off and started having sex on a bed in the background.
The man, who has not been named, was unaware his X-rated performance was being live-streamed during the council meeting much to the horror of the other participants.
The 10am meeting on how Rio de Janeiro city council can guarantee students are fed during the coronavirus pandemic had already begun when the man, who is said to not have been a councillor, bailed out of the discussion.
But he kept his camera rolling and was seen sitting on a bed, naked, with a woman beside him before they started having sex.
According to local newspaper Metropoles the meeting was chaired by Leonel Brizola, a member of the Socialism and Liberty Party, who turned a blind eye to the raunchy scenes and continued the meeting which lasted four hours.
The other councillors in the meeting also ignored the man's performance and continued to discuss the matter at hand.
In a statement, Mr Brizola described the incident as an "involuntary indiscretion" adding that it eclipsed the important issues being discussed in the meeting.
He said: "As soon as we noticed what was happening, we immediately asked the people controlling the audio and video of the participants to take it off the feed.
"Us councillors and other participants do not have any input in controlling or editing videos on Zoom."
He also said the meeting "demonstrated the incompetence of a city that has resources, but fails to ensure that children's rights are respected".
It is unknown if the man was disciplined.

A few days ago a video was published that has already gone viral in social networks, because it shows a couple having a sexual encounter nothing more and nothing less than in an Italian supermarket. The brazen situation took place in one of the corridors where the accessories and pet food are located, but the couple did not count on that in that place the camera focused all their 'movements'.

But they can make a police report and provide a copy of the cctv as evidence to assist the investigation into whether a crime has been commited.
Why are you indulging in these type of sexual antics in direct view of cctv cameras or in a public place.

They will be in trouble if the footage is shared publicly...but this does not prevent their entire management and security team having a good knees up at a company-convened BoJo-style "work gathering" at which ur sexual xploits will be the feature presentation and u will be inspected and evaluated.

Legally, they will be liable if they do it. We have this thing call "data protection laws" and businesses that use CCTV often need to register their details to the Information Commissioners' Office. Businesses generally need to demonstrate compliance with the law regarding the data that they hold, including conducting risk assessments of keeping that data so the idea is to keep them as safe as possible. They cannot use any data they hold beyond what they were originally intended for - and I am certain that your markets don't work as a Funniest Home Videos show, so outside of the law enforcement sphere that footage of you shouldn't be leaked on the Internet.

It is forbidden for CCTV operators to share footage of identifiable people with the media or on the internet for entertainment purposes. The only footage that is allowed to be released is if it’s to identify someone for purposes requested by the police.
