A vintage 1960's Tressy 4 1/2 Room Penthouse Apartment still in the original box with the outer shipping sleeve! It has never been assembled and all the pieces are inside, unpunched, and in perfect condition.
Tressy Doll was a competitor of Barbie. The Incredible part is that this house has never been used! There are two main floor pieces that you attached with included tape (tape is unusable but still in an unopened bag along with poles for umbrella and closet rods), then you place the 4 sided piece in center and build from there.
