1. Start with a longer rope folded in half.

2. Run the rope around the lower chest/below the breasts if your partner has breasts.

3. Reach through the bight to grab the tail.

5. Pull the tail up over the shoulder…

6. …and down between the breasts, laying it on top of the lower chest band that is already there.

8. Hook the tail and pull the rope through…

9. If you wish, you can pull the chest strap upward a little to raise and support the breasts.

11. Bring the tail to the other shoulder.

12. Bring the tail to the back. Place your finger under the chest strap on the opposite side and hook the tail.

15. Reverse tension, laying the tail on top of the shoulder straps.

16. Begin wrapping the tail around the body…

17. …across the upper chest/above the breasts. You now have a choice to make. You can simply lay it straight across both shoulder straps, or you can choose to interweave it so that your final pentagram has a woven appearance. I’m going to demonstrate the woven approach: Look at this line.

18. You see how it lays on top of another rope down here? The rule we’re going to use is that we will lay our tail on top of any rope that goes over top of a different rope, and go under any rope that goes under another rope. One way to say this is “over the overs and under the unders”

19. With that in mind, we will lay it on top of this shoulder strap…

20. …but run it underneath this shoulder strap.

22. Now you can see the beginnings of a woven pattern here.

23. Continue running the tail to the back.

24. Reach under the centerline just above the lower chest strap.

28. Reverse tension and run the rope back the way you came (under the arms), above the strand that is already there.

30. Here you can see that the shoulder strap lays on top of the rope closest to where we are working, so…

34. Place your finger under one or both of the lines going to the upper chest on the other side.

35. Hook the tail and pull it through.

36. Then reach under them from the opposite quadrant. Grab the tail…

39. Run the rope under the opposite arm, again placing it above the line that is already there.

40. Bring the tail to the front. Note that the line we are coming to…

41. …is underneath the rope closest to where we are working.

42. We want to go “under the unders”, so the tail needs to go underneath this shoulder line.

43. The next shoulder strap lies on top of the line closest to where we’re working, so…

44. …our tail now goes on top of it , “over the overs”.

45. Run the tail to the opposite shoulder, again making sure that it lays parallel to the other line and not on top of it.

46. Bring the line to the back and again run it on top of all the shoulder lines on the other side.

47. Reach under the upper chest lines on the other side to hook the tail and pull it through.

49. (These are optional steps to use up the remaining rope.) I’m going to reach under the shoulder straps on the other side and hook the tail…

50. …pulling it through and up. I can now make a figure-8 weave between these shoulder straps.

55. Do this over and over until you run out of rope.

56. When you only have a little rope leftover…

57. …tuck it underneath the pad formed by the weave.

Very attractive and somewhat unusual, this harness can serve as a great anchor for other layers of bondage. If you like religious- or occult-themed scenes, this can be a fun binding for your favorite witch.
Notes: This harness can be placed on the chest only or so as to also bind the arms . This is the chest-only version.
For this tutorial, I used one 30′ (~9m) piece of Natural 6mm provided by my affiliate Twisted Monk .

There are many ways you can do it depending on how much rope you have left over. If you have only a little rope left over, you could just tie it off with a couple of half hitches to any of these lines on the opposite side of where the rope is now. I happen to have a little more rope so I’m going to weave it into the shoulder straps.
Nice tie. Great explanation. I like to doe a litle bit of under and over in the front to make the pentagram look like it is drawn with one line. Also i weave the four strands that run over shoulders in back to add a little bit more stability.
Is there a way to, cleanly, integrate breast bondage, into this tie?
Yes! I would start by attaching a new rope around the two line on the outside of the breasts. Add the rope with a simple Lark’s Head and then wrap the breasts from there. You can also connect in to the other lines of the Star if you need to help hold the wrapping lines more tightly to the chest for the first wrap, and go from there…
