Works as advertised. Of all the PE methods I've tried, to date this is hands down the most reliable way to hang over 5lbs. I've managed to reach 10lbs during testing, and it feels like it'll hold up under even more. All the other methods I've tried inevitably fail for me due to slippage around 4lbs. It can be avoided, but it involves a lot of tedious adjusting and readjusting every few minutes and that sort of defeats the point. Once this is applied correctly, it's not going anywhere until you decide to take it off. It's normal to be intimidated by a device like this, I certainly was at first, but you *will* see real results as long as you follow some basic guidelines: be patient and diligent in your hanging routine, start with small weights to find your comfort zone*, pay attention to the instructions, and exercise common sense. *I recommend 5lb or heavier set of small fractional weight plates, there are many available on Amazon with Prime shipping and eBay for about $20-$30
Very sturdy. Great quality. I messaged the seller to send me a tracking number for piece of mind. You’ll need to get extra cushion I recommend home depo or Lowe’s look for a soft mushy material with a Tempur-pedic mattress(slightly thicker) feel, that worked great for me to allow extra grip. Otherwise the amount of force I need to keep it held starts to feel like it will damage the nerves on the penis. Don’t forget to apply heat around 106° in a bathtub ad that helps break down collagen fibers. I’m doing an experiment as well by taking Ostarine (sarm) to help with ligament regeneration. I have been using this for two years and I bought it back when it was $10 less. It works for what it is intended for, it is a clamp style hanger and it does what a clamp style hanger is supposed to do. However, it isn't a quality clamp style hanger, and it is a clear rip off of a much better hanger in my opinion. Yes, it works, but it is extremely uncomfortable, has very weak bolts, the wing nuts are so small tightening it can cut your thumb if you tighten hard enough, it isn't padded, and the strap that you attach weights to is not that strong. If I could go back 2 years ago and have a redo I would have bought a bib starter hands down, would have saved me a lot of trouble and I likely would have made more progress as this hanger is just a headache to use in comparison (not something you want when your dick is clamped in a vise). If you are going to purchase this instead of a bib starter (which is $25 more and the original of this design of clamp hanger) get some latex free adhesive foam cut it into rectangles and pad the inside of the hanger with the foam. It will make this hanger far more tolerable.
The clamp attachment is extremely tricky to use. It has these spinny-lock things that make me very nervous every time I put it on. Attaching a weight to your penis is already horrifying, I don't want to feel like I'm caught in a penisy bear trap thing. If you're aiming to increase the size of your manhood, there are much safer, effective products out there.

This seems identical/VERY similar in design to Bib's hardcore hanger. Bib is known for inventing what are considered the best penis hangers. [though BIB's website seems a bit dated, so you have to send e-mails to him with payments and requesting the hanger you want before he will make you one.] That made it more convenient for me to get this German one. They also send it with a Theraband wrap, which I wasn't expecting and didn't appear in the description. Good item. They shipped it in only a few days, from Frankfurt I think. The package description (to get through customs) was something like a device to help with a medical condition.
