Heyo. So I am a transgender man, and have recently had the idea to try to start a penis prosthetic company. Ideally, I would find a way to mold my cis male friends’ penises and testicles in both flaccid and erect states. I would then fill it with a solution that feels very realistic, and cut the mold in half, and take the prosthetic out. I would also like to make some of the prosthetics hollow so they could be used as stand to pee devices, as well as for sex. I need to color them like cis penises, as well.
What could I use to mold my friends penis and testicles?
What could I use to create the actual prosthetic? I need it to feel very skin-like, and realistic. (Eg, I need the flaccid ones to feel like a flaccid penis. I need the erect ones to feel like an erect penis.)
How could I hollow out the center of the prosthetic, and put a slit on the tip, to allow pee to flow through and to allow a rod to be inserted for penetration?
And lastly, how can I color the prosthetic permanently?

Your best bet would be to get in touch with some folks who already do this for other body parts. I have a silicone foot that is indistinguishable from my real one. And for this service in the trans community, you could charge an arm and a leg (pun intended). I would recommend starting here:
This sub might not be the 100% Best/only place to get advice. But there are some techs on here and they might have expirience with silicone cosmesis. You might get better/different advice from special effects prosthetics specialists. Best advice I can give is to:
Emulate the consistencies of the real parts with layers of silicone and impregnated materials (Such as higher density/firmness silicone testies suspended in the softer silicone of a ball sack).
Invest in high quality mold making (life casting) materials. +Watch all of the sfx prosthetic making videos on YouTube.
There are silicone specific pigments- as well as dip/paint-on dyes you can use to permanently color them.
If you have friends that are willing to repeatedly mold for you, then just practice, practice, practice.
Up your sculpting abilities and play around with silicone tubing and make a blank for the portable-pee/possible rod insertion port.
Most importantly I would think to add, use medical or insertion grade hypoallergenic, degradation resistant, platinum cure, body safe silicone.
Silicone is tricky and sometimes very frustrating. A good measure of patience and a lot of trial and error are necessary before you start seeing what you want.

Cynthia "Plaster Caster" Albritton wasn't any old groupie bed-hopping her way through the rock star excess of the '60s and '70s. She had a unique hook , an angle that made her stand out from the masses of adoring teenage rock fans. She was the groupie who made plaster casts of some of the most majestic wangs of old school rock, a c*ck-n-roll fangirl, if you will. Cynthia loved rock with a burning passion, and was determined to meet the people behind the music. Problem was, she was lost in a sea of similarly young women determined to do the same. In the late 1960s, The Jimi Hendrix Experience was about to roll into Chicago, and Cynthia Plaster Caster had yet to cast her first penis . She decided to buckle down and make sure her casting game was on point for Hendrix. She practiced on two friends, asking them to dip their dongs in a dental mold. Lo and behold, the casting process was a success.
Cynthia popped the question to Jimi backstage, and he was on board. She and her friend Dianne (the "designated blowjob giver") got some face time with Hendrix, and now his voodoo child is forever immortalized in Cynthia Plaster Caster's collection. The cast came out a bit cracked, perhaps a testament to Hendrix's incendiary power.

Journey (and journeyman) drummer Aynsley Dunbar, who has played with everyone from Jeff Beck, David Bowie, and Lou Reed to Journey, Whitesnake, and Frank Zappa, was one of the most difficult subjects for the Plaster Caster. Cynthia told MTV News that Dunbar "wouldn't dip into the canister until he thought he was big and beefy enough." It took him some time to get hard to his own satisfaction, as a result of which the Plaster Caster wasted a fair amount of material.
One of the first rock stars Cynthia Plaster Caster propositioned in aid of her casting project was Paul Revere , leader of Paul Revere & the Raiders. The band was in Chicago with Dick Clark's Caravan of Stars when Cynthia and her best friend (who sported the nickname "Pest") asked the frontman to lend them his body as a part of a college art assignment.
Alas, Cynthia did not walk away with her first cast (Revere wasn't interested). She did, however, lose her virginity to Mark Lindsay, a member of Revere's band. Not only did she come away from the experience a great story, she also began the legend of the Plaster Caster.
Cynthia and her rock-and-roll-loving BFF Pest were desperate to meet the musical gods who blew through Chicago in the 1960s, but found themselves lost in a sea of groupies. They felt they were just two faces in the crowd and searched for some way to stand out.
One fateful day , Cynthia's art teacher assigned the class a plaster casting project, the sole criteria of which was casting something solid enough to "retain its shape". Something about those instructions lit a light bulb in Cynthia's mind, and it set her on a plaster-lined path to fame.

Note : when mixing, you will notice a lot of
"clumps" in the mixture. Don’t worry - this is common with all body
casting materials, and it will not cause problems whatsoever with the
penis molding process.
Step #4 - Place your erect
penis and balls into the casting cup. This procedure is a bit messy since
the excess casting material will run over the sides of the plastic molding
cup (the bigger you are, the more casting material which will be displaced
in the casting cup upon the insertion of your penis). We suggest that you
do this operation over newspaper, or over a towel, or better yet inside a
shower or bathtub. Note: any overflow casting material can be easily wiped
up with paper towels and disposed of.
The remaining molding material
inside the casting cup will begin to cure in 2 to 3 minutes after
insertion of your penis. You will notice that the material stays somewhat
flexible as it cures. When you can no longer push your finger into the
casting material, it has fully cured (this can take 6 to 8 minutes)
Step #5 - After the casting
material has cured, remove your penis. You will see your penis impression
in the cured molding material.

Step #1 - Fill
the plastic mold cup to the top brim with lukewarm water. This water is
going to be mixed with the white mold-making powder in the large plastic
bucket that Create-A-Cock™ was packaged in. Unlike other molding kits on
the market that use very cold water to slow the drying process, we
recognize what a discomfort it would be to place your ERECT PENIS IN
FRIGID COLD WATER!!!! Because drying time of the casting material is
greatly affected by water temperature, we suggest that you pour lukewarm
water into the plastic mixing cup and allow to stand at room temperature
(68º F to 72º F) for ½ hour.
Step #2 - Open
the casting material bag and place the white powder into the large plastic
bucket. Pour the room-temperature water from the plastic molding cup into
the bucket quickly. Use a large spoon or spatula to mix the powder into
the water, making sure that you scrape the sides of the container
thoroughly for complete mixing. This procedure must be done quickly. You
have approximately 45 seconds to mix the material and pour it into the
casting cup once the water hits the powder. This doesn’t give you a lot of
time, so don’t waste it.
Step #6 - While
the casting material is still curing (it will take about 10 minutes at
room temperature to fully cure), pour all of Part A of the urethane
casting material into the paper mixing container, followed immediately by
all of Part B (please, stay in that order for best results) of the
urethane casting material. Prior to using the Part A and Part B urethane
casting materials, be sure to shake each container well. Mix these parts
together with the wooden stick that has also been provided. You now have
15 minutes working time with this mixed material before you need to pour
it into the mold. After stirring the material well, pour the casting
material into the mold, completely filling your penis impression. Let this
sit at room temperature for at least 24 hours to make sure the mold is
fully cured.
Step
#7 - Remove the urethane casting material from the mold after 24
hours, then wash your new penis creation in mild soap and water, and enjoy
your new, rubberized, personalized
dildo.
