Being next door to a pub I often see some bloke who needs a pee just aim up our garden wall or stand in our front gate making a stream of pee that runs over the pavement. Some evenings there are multiple stinking streams. It's a decent pub too with good toilets - yet people still choose to come out and pee up my wall.
Just this morning I saw a cat walk up to a road drain and after checking the road was clear, crouch and pee into it. I know that cats are naturally clean with such doings but I thought it was a sad state of affairs that an animal had better behaviour than those pub goers who pee up my wall. They don't even use a drain!
What is it with people doing this? Are they that stupid or are they being obnoxious to someone they don't know on purpose?

Put a sign up saying "Danger! There is an underground electrical cable here. Do not allow to get wet"
Get an air-rifle and shoot them in the balls.
Install water jets into your wall.
Fill jets with urine.
Spray pub users when they attempt to use your wall as a toilet.

If your bedroom window's not too far from your garden wall you could try what I did a couple of years ago.
We have a small garden at the front and it's the first on the road as you approach from the pub - the other houses open directly onto the pavement. A bloke used to regularly use my garden as a toilet on his way home - presumably because the wall stopped passing drivers seeing what he was doing.
I put a bucket of water beside the window and the next time I heard the gate open late at night, opened the window, checked on the mystery pee-er and let fly with a bucketful of cold water.
He never did it again.
Sod the landlord....have a word with the police; it is after all illegal nowadays...
It is indeed illegal and the Police take it seriously. My old boss kept having to return to Blackpool for court appearances after being caught in the act on a boozy weekend.
Video it, take it to the Police, and then upload it YouTube.
Buy one of these extra high candlepower torches - next time someone pees, shine the torch on him and shout "smile, you're on candid camera" as you take a photo of him with his nob out. Then pass the photo on to the police.

Thanks for the suggestions. The final insult was when I came home a couple of weeks ago and had to wait for someone to stop pissing in my gateway so that I could get into my own house.:(
I have a torch, camera and YouTube account - but not an window to throw water from sadly. I can record them though.

My mum used to have this bother as she lived next door to the chippy which was across the road from the pub. Her driveway stank of wee every weekend. My dad used one of those power wash things to clean up.
I don't know what you can do about it really except keep nagging the landlord, maybe he should have a member of staff or himself outside at chucking out time to move on those who look like they're about to unleash their bladders.
Thanks for the thoughts. I still fail to understand why they must wee up someones property - why not just wee on a grassy area (like the huge park just opposite our house). Perhaps it is almost like children playing with a hose and enjoy watching the stream it makes...

If you contact the Police - the landlord will also become more interested in putting a stop to it too, considering it's customers of his pub...

Well we’ve thought we’ve seen people relieving themselves in front of the Street View car before, but we’ve never had such definitive evidence .
No, it’s not what you’re thinking – quite the opposite in fact. This time, while working in Madrid, the Google car has captured an image of a woman taking a pee in the street .
Anyone want to take bets on how quickly this will be removed? And will El País pick up the story before then!?
Update: As expected, the image is now gone.

Not so sure that it is a shiela, may have had trousers down to lay a grody. If you go just around the corner and look back you can see someone preparing to squat between the cars. To me, said person looks like they have a moustache, but maybe that is common amongst the French.
