When you have a paper to write but also really have to pee
1.If you have to pee already don’t use the bathroom. If you don’t have to go that’s fine, you are lucky. • 2.Drink three tall glasses of water. If you have small glasses then do four glasses. • 3.Wait 30 minutes. • 4.Push on your bladder for 30 seconds. • 5.Drink two tall glasses of soda or drink three short glasses of soda. • 6.Do 25 curl-ups. • 7.Wait 10 minutes. • 8.Sit on the toilet fully clothed.(Try not to pee) • 9.Do 50 jumping jacks. It doesn’t have to be all at once but you can’t move on until you do 50. • 10.Lay on your stomach and rock your hips back and forth for 60 seconds. • 11.Push on your bladder for 45 seconds. • 12.Drink two medium sized cups of coffee. • 13. Wait 20 minutes. • 14. Sit down on a chair and cross your legs then bend forward for 60 seconds. • 15. Stay seated and relax all of your muscles for 15 seconds. • 16. Take off your pants/skirt and sit on the toilet for five minutes without peeing (keep your underwear on) • 17. Do 25 jumping jacks. • 18. Do 50 curl-ups or sit-ups. • 19. Drink five tall glasses of water or eight small ones. (It doesn’t have to be all at once but you can’t move on until you do) • 20. Wait 15 minutes. • 21.You can do it! You are almost there!! • 22.Listen to videos of waterfalls/rivers for at least 5 minutes. • 23. Turn on the sink and listen to it for 5 minutes. • 24. Push on your bladder for 60 seconds. • 25. Close your eyes and relax for 30 seconds. • 26. Drink four medium sized glasses of water. • 27. Only one more task you can do it!! • 28. If you have completed all tasks then just wait 5 minutes. If you missed one or didnt complete a task you have to wait an hour. • 29. Go to the bathroom. • 30.(Optional) Explain your experience and rate it 1-10. Did you pee on yourself? If so on which task. Did you go to the bathroom or are you going to challenge yourself and hold it longer?

11.Ingest a form of sodium(ex: 5 saltine crackers)
12.Do 10 curl-ups or Sit-ups
13.Do 15 jumping jacks.
14.Listen to running water for 5 minutes.
15.Uncross your legs for 1 minute intervals (uncross,cross,uncross,etc) for 10 minutes. While your legs are crossed you cant hold yourself. While they are uncross you can hold yourself for a maximum of 15 seconds per interval.
11.Chug 8oz of water.
12.Jog in place for thirty seconds.
13.Split as far as you can for 20 seconds(NO HOLDING YOURSELF)
14.Wait 5 minutes(do whatever you need to hold in your pee)
15.Push on your bladder for 15 seconds.
16.Sit on the toilet fully clothed for 1 minute.
17.Drink 16oz of water.
18.Wait 5 minutes while sitting fully clothed on the toilet.
19.ingest sodium.
20.Do 15 curl-ups or sit-ups
21. jog in place for 1 minute
22.Do 15 jumping jacks
23.Uncross your legs for 2 minute intervals then cross for 30 second intervals (uncross,cross,uncross,etc) for 5 minutes. While your legs are crossed you cant hold yourself. While they are uncross you can hold yourself for a maximum of 10 seconds per interval.
24.Push against your bladder for 30 seconds.
25.Sit in squat position for 30 seconds.
26.Relax all your muscles for 10 seconds NO HOLDING OR CROSSING YOUR LEGS.
27.If you completed all steps in order without cheating all you have to do is wait 5 minutes and you are free. If you skipped one or cheated you must do that one twice and wait 30 minutes.
So I tried this and it was the first time in years that I’ve been able to have a real accident instead of just forcing myself to pee my pants, which was pretty satisfying. I’ve never done a challenge like this; I usually just drink lots of water and sit around waiting but then it gets painful and no matter how long I wait I can’t have an accident.
Anyway, by step 15 my bladder was throbbing with desperation but i wasn’t really close to wetting myself yet. For steps 16 and 18 I couldn’t sit on the toilet because I didn’t want to leave my room and risk someone seeing me if I wet myself, so I instead did the splits again for the specified amount of time for each because that and squatting are the hardest for me aside from sitting on the toilet. When I got to step 17 I drank an energy drink instead of water because I wanted to make it extra hard. I also decided not to hold myself unless a step specifically said that I could. As soon as I spread my legs for step 18, my need to pee got a lot more urgent. After a minute, a few small spurts escaped; just enough to make my underwear wet. At around 4 minutes, I had an accident that lasted about 5 seconds. I only managed to hold it for a few seconds before I started peeing again; this time when I stopped my pants were wet all the way down the inside of my left leg. I still had to go pretty bad, so I decided to finish the challenge. It was mostly a dull ache in my bladder without much urgency until I got to step 25. As soon as I squatted, my body clearly thought that meant it was okay to go, but I managed to hold it apart from a few drops. When I got to step 27, since I technically skipped 16 &18, I squatted and did the splits again for the “do that one twice”. Again, as soon as I squatted, my need to pee felt a lot more urgent. I only made it a few seconds before peeing on myself; this time leaving a small puddle on the floor. After I stopped, I stood up and did the splits. I had a few
