I can't get passed the security check as I have close my land line phone number and did not update my paypal account with my new mobile phone number. Surprisingly, I can reset my password or login to the Resolution Center. Resetting my password sends a code by SMS to my phone number already in my account and lets me successfully set a new password. But, the login process keeps insisting I pass the "Quick Security Check" with a new phone number. So much for anything "Quick". From the screen shot above, and messages displayed, there was no indication that this verbal verification was needed, so I hope that Paypal can fix this process. Perhaps if you're getting the same "Quick Security Check" message, it would be worth a phone call and asking to have your account verified via the security questions.
