Patricia "Patti" Farinelli (born March 18, 1960, in Los Angeles, California, U.S.), is an American nude model and actress of Italian descent .

Patti was Playboy Playmate of the Month for the December 1981 issue, in a pictorial entitled "Abbondanza." Her centerfold was photographed by Ken Marcus . She has become one of the most popular big breasted Playmates of the 1980s.

Even though she had become well known for her huge 36-DDD breasts, thick pubic hair, and sultry Latin look, Patti didn't let her beauty and fame go to her head. She represented Playboy for a few years, mostly at Glamourcon events or special occasions at the Playboy Mansion. She turned down several offers for her to pose nude in other adult magazines, and retired from modeling in 1984.

A devout Catholic at the time of her pictorial, Patti became a born-again Christian in April 1984. She has not turned her back on her Playboy past, though, and still attends Glamourcon conventions on occasion.

Prior to her religious conversion, she was sexually involved with a number of celebrities, and was supposedly an avid sexual swinger. She had a number of famous boyfriends and lovers supposedly including Burt Reynolds, Tony Danza, David Cassidy, and the Los Angeles Lakers owner Dr. Jerry Buss.

Celebrating One Of Playboy’s “Biggest” Playmates!
As part of my “2021 Sex Kitten Countdown”, I’ve been looking at some Models who have achieved success by breaking records – and that’s what some reports say Patricia Farinelli did to be sure!
Patricia was born on March 18, 1960 in Los Angeles, California.
Farinelli worked as a cashier, a waitress, a hostess, and in a clothing store after she graduated from high school.
As with many young women in Southern California, her looks brought her to the attention of Playboy, and soon she was a star!
She was chosen as Playboy’s Playmate of the Month in December 1981. Patricia was 21 when she became a Playmate.
Here’s where I have not gotten a clear sense of whether Farinelli had the distinction of being the bustiest woman to ever pose for “Playboy” up to that time…..however, she will always be considered one of the “bustiest” ever! She certainly lives up to the honor…
While very popular at the time, Patricia didn’t jump into the entertainment industry.
Her sole foray into film acting was an uncredited bit part in the comedy “Wholly Moses!”.
While she may have not gone into acting, she certainly got involved with Hollywood!
According to her online bio, at the height of her Playmate fame Patty dated such celebrities as Tony Danza, Burt Reynolds, David Cassidy, and Los Angeles Lakers owner Jerry Buss.
She had no regrets about her career…as she said:
“ When I’m old and gray, I want to be able to show pictures of me to my grandkids and say, ‘Your grandmother was a looker and don’t you forget it’!”
