The Certainty Of Our Escape and Changed Story

Introduction:
- The moment God releases his word in the prophetic or preaching or as theme, the forces of heaven go into full action to actualize it .
- The second fact is that, the moment a child of God receives the prophetic word or theme and begin to consciously act on it by praying it or taking certain steps towards it, the forces of heaven go into full action
- The third fact is that, the moment a child of God engages the weapon of Prayer from a genuine heart to the God of heaven, the forces of heaven go into full action.
• But our problem is that we are not conscious of these facts that something has begun to work
• We are still looking into the future, into someday when our grounds will shake to know that, eiih, now it has started working = hence this lingering question ;
- When Does God Answer our Prayers
- God Does Not Wait To Answer Us?
- God Answers our prayers immediately we begin to pray / Daniel 10 : 12 - 14
• God does not wait to answer his genuine and serious children
• But the enemy does everything to hinder
• And because we pray without being conscious/ Mark 11: 24
• Hence Our praying without season
A. Esther
- As soon as she engaged in the fasting, God started working behind the scenes/ Esther 4: 4
B. The woman who had given birth (Rev 12: 13 - 17)
- The dragon who had been cast down pursued her
- She was given two wings of a giant Eagle to fly to safety out of the Serpents Reach
- The Serpent Spew water like a river
• The earth opened its mouth to swallow the water
C. Peter In Prison In Acts 12
- The church were not ready for a quick answer
D. Hence Our Escape Is Our Daily Reality
- Escape = break free from confinement or control
• Exodus 15 in our text about the Israelites freedom from Captivity of 430 years
• Hence Esther / The woman With The baby / Peter in Acts 12
• Hence You
E . Consolidate Your New Image/ Birthrights/ Status in Christ than Your Former.
- It was Elijah's mantle on Elisha that
• Parted the Jordan / 2 Kings 2 : 9 - 13
• That enabled Elisha to perform twice what Elijah did
- It was what Abraham did ( Abrahams obedience ) that epened the door for Isaac in Gerar / Genesis 26 : 1 - 5
- Bartimaeus cast away his garment when responding to Christ/ Mark 10 : 46 - 52
- We have escaped with our Changed Story because of
• What Abraham has done/ Galatians 3: 29, 13 & 14 / Galatians 4: 28
• What Christ has accomplished on the cross/ John 19: 30
F. Our Responsibility is to;
- Thrive in our New Image
- To Prevail in our New Image
- Proclaim/ Pray / Command in Our New Image
G. PROPHETIC & PRAYER
- Your Escape is Real
- Your New identity/ Image is Real
- Your Changed Story is Real ie it is now
= Prayer
Let the systems/ entire creation and the elements of creation open up/ give way/ align
My Escape is Real, therefore Let the systems open up etc
H. HOUR OF ENCOUNTER
- Engaging the Word / The Holy Spirit
- Engaging the blood
- Engaging the Altar.
