"Passion's Peak" is an absolutely incredible log cabin with a spectacular mountain view. Your neighbors are the clouds! Full-length glass front windows will ensure you enjoy the views at their absolute best.
CABIN LAYOUT: You enter this cabin through the cozy den, which has soft leather furniture, flat screen TV with Comcast Xfinity Triple Play cable service and DVD player. To the right as you enter is a separate room with a regulation-size slate-top pool table. To the rear of this level is a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. This cabin also has free long-distance and local telephone service in the U.S. and Comcast television and high speed internet service.
Upstairs in the open loft area are the log KING-size bed so you can awaken to the sunrise and surrounded by the clouds, the second flat screen TV with DVD player, the second bathroom and a stacked washer/dryer set in the bathroom. The Jacuzzi whirlpool tub is set in the corner in the loft area so you can even enjoy the views from there.
Outside on the log wrap-around deck is the big, bubbling hot tub overlooking the mountain and the comfy log rockers and swing. This cabin has a steep paved driveway straight up to the top of a mountain. Four-wheel drive is not required, but is recommended just for your peace of mind.

Great experience, lovely home and location. Steep driveway. Tree had fallen due to high winds and blocked the driveway, maintenance was out promptly and handled the issue with ease and great attitudes.

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect for the 2 of us. The steep driveway was scary, but part of the adventure. We seen 2 bears in the driveway one early morning, so exciting!! We appreciated the quick response to the water heater problem! Will definitely recommend, thanks for the memories!
Absolutely loved the cabin other then the driveway...lol. After the first trip up it wasn't quite so bad. Loved the view and and the seclusion from everything. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

This cabin is in a great location (i.e., accessible without going through Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge). Views from the porch deck are stunning! Hot tub cover is attached to a frame, which made opening and closing very easy. Bed is comfortable. Large covered area for outdoor grilling is a plus.

We came for our honeymoon because we wanted a romantic getaway away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge but close enough to go out. It was perfect! The cabin had so much character and the view was breathtaking! We have already discussed returning in the future for an anniversary trip!

Easy to book, liked the ability to check in via email, directions were helpful. Overall we really liked the cabin and amenities. The only thing we noticed and didn't like was that there were cobwebs and dust at almost every corner of each room as well as dust flying from the ceiling fans. Despite this, we had a great experience and would return.
It was a very pleasant stay. Very accommodating and clean cabin. Staff was very nice and helpful.
The cabin could have haf a small eating table out side plus the pirch swing could have been mounted on the side where hot tub was so you could see the porch and the pretty view. Where uts now you see electric pole and wires.cabin could also use a broom and dust pan. There waa no kitchen sink stopper. Just helps for quick clean ups.

My wife and I both loved our cabin, and really enjoyed the stay. The only issues we had were the shower head in the cabin wasn't not putting out hardly any water, the Jets in the hot tub would sometimes not work at full pressure, also I think it might be a good idea to use another way of heating the water for the jacuzzi tub. We attempted to use it, but couldn't fill it because the water went cold way too fast.
The shower head barely put any water out, and the hot tub jets were hit and miss.
Other than those 3 little small issues everything else was perfect and amazing.
It was beautiful, would highly recommend , the only thing we noticed was dusty and cob webs
Great web site. Easy to find a cabin that met our needs. The hot tub was not hot. Controls were not well explained. That was my only gripe.
No issues. Receptionist was very informative when we arrived and made sure we knew how the discounts worked!
Excellent for the most part. Only complaint was that our credit card was compromised through the reservation process, causing us to be without a credit card for a couple of weeks. Kind of thought we should have had something comped or something for our trouble since it was Hearthside's fault, but it wasn't a big deal.
The cabin view was great and the location was very close to Pigeon Forge. The cleanliness of the cabin could have been better. It appeared the cleaning staff spent a whole 10 minutes cleaning. The cabins needs a little repairs done. Over all if the cabin was cleaner it would have been 5 stars.

The view was beautiful and the cabin was very cozy and romantic. The only problems we experienced was the driveway being way to hard to get up to the cabin and the shower had barely any water pressure. Other than that we loved cabin and enjoyed ourselves!

The absolute perfect cabin for a honeymoon or anniversary. We loved the view, amenities & the seclusion.
The cabin had an amazing view, simply breathtaking. Perfect size to celebrate our 10 year anniversary away. The driveway was a bit scary as when it rained one of our nights, we were unable to get up the wet steep drive. Our tires just spun and we had to park at the bottom of the steep hill and walk up in the rain.
The check in process was so smooth after traveling all day we just wanted to get settled in and because of the check in process we did just that! The cabin was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. We cannot wait to come back with our kids. Hands down one of the best vacations I've been on.

Very nice cabin with beautiful views. The only issue we had was that the internet went out due to the weather. The maintenance man came by on Saturday and determined it was a Comcast issue. He indicated that he would have the office contact Comcast that day and try to have it repaired. That did not happen as we called the office on Sunday and spoke with Robin and she was not aware of the situation. She was kind enough to call Comcast on Sunday but they would not handle it until Monday.
Shower liner had a lot of mold, no broom in cabin to sweep up the hundreds of lady bugs everywhere were the only 2 things we would have liked to see change. Other than that, everything was amazing! We will return. Thanks so much for the ease of check-in and check-out and all of the courteous staff when we called- so friendly!!
The reservation guarantee amount is 8% of your total reservation and enables you to receive either a refund or reschedule (less the 8% guarantee amount and applicable tax). In order to receive a refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 15 days prior to arrival (for 1-5 bedroom cabins) and 60 days prior to arrival (for 6 bedroom and larger). Once inside the 15 days (for 1-5 bedrooms) and 60 days for (6 bedroom and larger) you may still cancel the reservation, however, the paid amount (less the reservation guarantee and applicable tax) will be placed in an interest-bearing escrow account and must be applied to a new reservation which dates fall within one year from date of cancellation. Once the one year time frame has expired all monies paid will be forfeited. In addition, please be sure to utilize the entire amount as any portion not used is non-refundable and will be lost. Please note when booking your new reservation, you will again have the option to purchase the Reservation Guarantee HOWEVER, the guarantee would only allow you to reschedule again should the need arise. It would not allow you to receive a refund. The Reservation Guarantee amount will be based on the new reservation total. Without the Reservation Guarantee, no refunds or reschedules will be allowed. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds for early departures for any reason including weather and/or road conditions.
