Юлия Романова: Иногда наносишь продукт с SPF и на лице остается белая пленка. Что это вообще такое и зачем она нужна?
Анастасия Ромашкина: Белая пленка — это физический фильтр. Он представляет собой нерастворимые твердые частицы, которые создают на поверхности кожи защитный барьер. Физический фильтр начинает работать сразу после нанесения и блокирует действие как УФ-А, так и УФ-В-лучей. В отличие от него химический фильтр действует глубже, он легче и незаметен на коже. Для активации ему нужно время, поэтому средства с химическими фильтрами советуют наносить за 30 минут до выхода на солнце. В хорошем санскрине должны быть оба вида фильтров, так что белая пленка действительно необходима. Особенно когда мы загораем на пляже или находимся в южной широте.
Главная задача санскрина — защищать кожу от солнца, во всех остальных продуктах солнцезащитный фактор будет просто бонусом. При низком УФ-индексе использование таких средств имеет смысл: их действия будет достаточно, при этом это позволит не утяжелять кожу. Но если речь про активное солнце, то без полноценного санскрина уже не обойтись.
Формат продукта не влияет на качество, просто выбирайте тот, что комфортнее. Если кожа сухая и реактивная, ей подойдут кремы и гели. Плотная текстура продуктов будет не только защищать от солнца, но и смягчать лицо. Жирной коже подходят мисты, спреи и лосьоны. Они легко наносятся, не закупоривают поры и не утяжеляют. Плюс ко всему спрей удобно брать с собой и каждые два часа наносить на кожу, не прикасаясь к ней.
В линейке Garnier есть увлажняющий сухой спрей для лица SPF 50. Он максимально защищает от ультрафиолета, препятствует появлению пигментации, а за счет глицерина в составе еще и оказывает увлажняющее действие. Классно, что его можно наносить прямо поверх макияжа — косметика не растечется, наоборот, даже будет держаться еще более стойко.
Что касается фактора защиты, то тут все зависит от фототипа, региона и широты, где вы находитесь. В основном у россиян так называемый славянский фототип: светлая кожа и глаза, русые волосы, — поэтому мы нуждаемся в максимальной защите. Если вы живете в городе, где нет постоянного солнца, можете использовать SPF 30. Если температура за окном +35 и палящее солнце, наносите SPF 50, не меньше.
В составе не должно быть спиртов: этанола, изопропана, метанола. Эти компоненты будут раздражать и подсушивать кожу. Классно, если в формулу средства входят дополнительные ухаживающие ингредиенты. Например, витамин С (он осветляет кожу и препятствует появлению пигментации), гиалуроновая кислота и алоэ вера (увлажняют кожу и не дают влаге испаряться), витамин B5 (препятствует повреждению и раздражению, оказывает на кожу успокаивающее действие).
Многие считают, что водостойкое средство можно нанести один раз, и оно будет действовать весь день, но это не так. Водостойкие продукты работают до двух часов и требуют регулярного обновления. Кроме того, если вы вышли из воды и завернулись в полотенце или и вовсе вытерлись им, защита уже не действует, нужно повторно нанести средство.
Ребенку нужен максимальный фактор защиты — SPF 50 и выше. В детских кремах от солнца могут присутствовать либо только физические фильтры, либо они же в сочетании с химическими. Детские средства гипоаллергенны, подходят для чувствительной кожи, не содержат спирта, парабенов и отдушек. Чаще всего они бывают водостойкими, а некоторые еще и не стираются песком. Одно из таких — увлажняющее солнцезащитное молочко для детей SPF 50+, Garnier. У него максимальный фактор защиты от солнца и нежная текстура. Продукт легко наносится, не оставляет белой пленки, быстро впитывается. А еще он совсем не липкий. В формулу входит глицерин — он увлажняет чувствительную детскую кожу.
Во-первых, регулярно наносить санскрин, независимо от того, пасмурно на улице или солнечно: пигментация может появиться в любое время. Пятна чаще всего возникают в области лба, поэтому рекомендуется носить головные уборы, которые хорошо закрывают лицо от прямых солнечных лучей.
Во-вторых, раз в неделю стоит использовать мягкие скрабирующие средства. Они помогут отшелушить и обновить кожу, соответственно, и солнцезащитные средства будут после этого работать активнее.
В-третьих, необходимо ввести в уход продукты с витамином С. Он обеспечивает хорошее кровоснабжение кожи, улучшает работу сосудов, синтезирует коллаген и эластин и, конечно, борется с пигментацией. Лучше него кожу ничего не осветляет. В жаркое время года или на юге продукты с этим компонентом лучше использовать ночью. Зимой и в пасмурную погоду их можно наносить еще и утром, но после обязательно закрывать кожу средством с SPF.
Предотвратить проявление пигментации тоже можно. В сыворотке «Сияние» от Garnier, помимо витамина C, салициловая кислота и ниацинамид. Она легкая, нелипкая и приятно пахнет, легко распределяется с помощью пипетки и впитывается за минуту. Сыворотка выравнивает тон, сокращает пигментные пятна и придает коже сияние. При регулярном использовании проявление пигментации заметно снижается, а в отдельных случаях и вовсе сходит на нет.
