The daughter of Michael Jackson said there were “other things to be mad at” after she uploaded the scantily-clad image to Snapchat.
Resting her head next to her dog’s, the 19-year-old looked incredibly relaxed as she soaked up some rays in her garden.
Paris’ assets were impossible to miss as she laid with her arms above her head, alongside some strategically placed images of ladybirds and a butterfly to conceal her modesty.
“Sunbathing with the pup,” the star simply simply captioned it, but she was soon reportedly bombarded with comments telling her to “cover-up”.
I encourage you to maybe no longer follow me
Paris replied: “There's other things to be mad at other than tanning y'all. Like nude beaches. Or idk. Trump and everything that he's doing.”(sic)
She later took to her Instagram page to share a lengthier response to the backlash, while also uploading another topless photo of herself.
Paris started: “I’ll say it again for those questioning what I stand for and how I express myself. Nudity started as a movement for going back to nature, expressing freedom, being healthier and was even called a philosophy.”
A post shared by Paris-Michael K. Jackson (@parisjackson) on May 12, 2017 at 6:13pm PDT
Saying she was “usually naked” when she gardens, the beauty claimed it made her feel more connected to “mama Gaia”.
Paris added: “The human body is a beautiful thing and no matter what ‘flaws’ you have, whether it be scars, or extra weight, stretch marks, freckles, whatever, it is beautiful and you should express yourself however you feel comfortable.
“If this makes some of you upset I completely understand and I encourage you to maybe no longer follow me, but I cannot apologise for this in any way. It is who I am and I refuse to shy away and keep my beliefs a secret.”

The only daughter of the late pop legend, Michael Jackson , is making waves online with a nude photo she recently posted on social media. Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson , the daughter of the king of pop and Debbie Rowe , recently posted a nude photo of herself on Snapchat. The photo was of her sunbathing along with her dog. The post instantly garnered a lot of criticism from fans, which resulted in the aspiring actress and model to post her stance on nudity and feminism.
In a long-winded post on Instagram, the 19-year old Jackson heir explained her stance on the entire nudity issue and explained that it was her way of expressing herself and "going back to nature." Being nude apparently, gives her freedom and is one of her philosophies, which includes becoming connected with "mama Gaia.
The young socialite explained that she loves being naked and is "part of feminism."
Aside from explaining her thoughts on her posting nude photos , Jackson also asked fans that don't agree with her to just unfollow her on social media. Jackson also mentioned that she does not want to apologize as she doesn't see anything wrong with what she is doing. Jackson believes that the body needs to be worshiped and that it is part of "what makes us human." Jackson also mentioned that she has the right to express her opinion on the matter and that everyone has their own beliefs.
Jackson recently signed a huge modeling contract to become the face of Calvin Klein. The deal reportedly involves a seven-figure payday for the aspiring model and will likely elevate her status in the media as well.
Jackson's acting career is also just getting started as the teen is set to appear in a new movie by Amazon Studios. Jackson is set to work alongside well-known actresses such as Charlize Theron and Amanda Seyfried in the alleged new film.
Paris Jackson was only 11-years old when her father died back in 2009. She is the youngest daughter of Debbie Rowe.
Her older brother is Michael Joseph Jackson Jr. and she has a half-brother named Prince Michael Jackson II. Paris has had a troubled childhood and has even admitted to being sexually assaulted by a "complete stranger" when she was younger. The teen also openly spoke about her struggles with depression and thoughts of suicide.
The young teen has appeared in numerous television shows and contests, including "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," the "Ophrah Winfrey Show," "The X Factor," and the documentary "Living with Michael Jackson."

The 18-year-old star has posted a pic of herself with ladybirds covering her essentials as she soaked up the sun
PARIS Jackson has bared all for a new pic to encourage others to embrace their bodies.
The 18-year-old offspring of the legendary Michael Jackson looked completely content as she lay back in the sun completely topless - and posted the picture online with just ladybirds covering her nipples.
Posting the picture of her catching some rays to her Instagram moments, she lay next to her beloved pet dog and captioned the pic: "Sunbathing with the pup."
After getting some backlash from the picture, Paris followed it up with another photo - fully clothed - to tell her followers to calm down.
She wrote: "there's other things to be mad at other than tanning y'all. like nude beaches. or idk. trump and everythig that he's doing (sic)."
She later posted another picture of her smoking topless on a balcony, using a carefully placed arm to cover her breast while she smoked a cigarette with the other.
In a long statement attached to the pic, she wrote: "I'll say it again for those questioning what i stand for and how i express myself. nudity started as a movement for ‘going back to nature’, ‘expressing freedom’, ‘being healthier’ and was even called a philosophy. being naked is part of what makes us human."
Confessing she bares all when she gardens, the star urged her followers to not feel like a naked body is always a sexual thing and instead embrace nudity as "beautiful".
She continued: "Not only is your body a temple and should be worshipped as so, but also part of feminism is being able to express yourself in your own way, whether it's being conservative and wearing lots of clothes or showing yourself."
Paris then added: "the human body is a beautiful thing and no matter what "flaws" you have, whether it be scars, or extra weight, stretch marks, freckles, whatever, it is beautiful and you should express yourself however you feel comfortable."
Turning to those who may not follow her same thought process, she added: "If this makes some of you upset i completely understand and i encourage you to maybe no longer follow me, but i cannot apologise for this in any way.
"it is who i am and i refuse to shy away and keep my beliefs a secret. every one has an opinion and every one has their beliefs."
Paris's confidence comes after years of bullying which left her admitting that she had even considered suicide - but has since come out fighting and stronger than ever.
Since then, she has never been afraid to be outspoken and be confident in her body - and those traits look like they may come in useful after being reportedly lined up to play a young Madonna in a biopic of the outlandish singer's life .
“Madonna is not supporting the film yet but the makers are hoping to cast someone who she will love,” a source told The Mirror .
“At the moment they are in talks with Paris. If she agrees it will be a massive coup for producers as Madonna is a big fan of Paris,” they added.
Earlier this year, Paris turned heads by dressing in a classic white dress with bleach blonde hair for a campaign for Chanel – with her appearance being hailed as strikingly similar to that of a young Madge .
Madge herself has, however, made it explicitly clear that she hates the idea of her life being made into popcorn fodder without her involvement.
