Paranormal Cracktivity
Activities which are routinely associated with the sale and use of crack cocaine. Cracktivities are normally characterized by the desperate style with which they are executed. Cracktivities often include (but are not limited to) such things as:

6. most undertakings which occur within the confines or close proximity of a sketch pad.

Used as a measurement of number of sketchy people (usually crackheads ) in a given area (city block). Used either as a average amount or as fluctuating level over time.
The cracktivity in my neighborhood is high tonight as I have seen ten crackheads on my block in the past half hour ( Cracktivity of 20cph ( Crackheads per hour)). The overall average cracktivity of my block is only 3cpb (Crackheads per block).
