This is the moment a gymnast scores a perfect 10 after pulling off a painful final move in an incredible routine.
Katelyn Ohashi, 21, a senior at UCLA , performed the funky routine to a medley of hits at the Collegiate Challenge in Anaheim.
The incredible gymnast wows the audience by doing a triple tumble into a painful split before springing to her feet to the sound of applause as though it was easy.

Katelyn Ohashi, a student at UCLA performed the funky routine to a medley of hits at the Collegiate Challenge in Anaheim
The incredible gymnast wows the audience by doing a triple tumble into a split before springing to her feet to the sound of applause
She smiles throughout the whole routine and breaks into dance between flips to tunes by Michael Jackson and Earth Wind and Fire.
And her teammates watching in the wings can be seen dancing along to the high-energy performance.
At the end, the crowd go wild and she runs to high-five her team mates before the judges hold up score with a perfect 10.
UCLA gymnastics posted the video of the performance on Twitter with the caption: 'A 10 isn't enough for this floor routine'.
The clip has since gone viral and users on social media were left wincing at her moves and amazed at her incredible skills.
One user said: 'The power drop into the splits bounce up at the end is mind bending. The power moves in modern floor routines are ridiculous.'
Another wrote: 'I would tear every ligament I didn’t know I even had'.
One wrote: 'I know zero about gymnastics but this is fun to watch. I hurt myself just watching.'
Another said: 'I was a gymnast and still watch a lot, this is the most exciting floor routine I’ve ever seen. So much energy and perfectly executed'.
Katelyn, who has been doing gymnastics for 18 years, has won many national competitions, having spent years training with the US National Women's team.
This is also not the first time that she has earned viral fame with her sensational skills on floor; last year, Katelyn earned the same global recognition with a Michael Jackson-inspired performance that helped her to rack up multiple perfect 10s throughout the previous season.
Katelyn's team mates congratulate her after her routine. The clip has since gone viral and users on social media were left wincing at her moves and amazed at her incredible skills
At the end, the crowd go wild. before the judges hold up score with a perfect 10, seen here, alongside former Olympian-turned-UCLA coach Jordyn Wieber
Video of Katelyn performing the routine in February 2018 achieved the same awe and praise from fans around the world, racking up more than 561,000 views after being posted to the NCAA Gymnastics YouTube channel.
And not long before her viral success, Katelyn's name featured in headlines for a very different reason; early in 2018, she chose to speak out about the different kinds of abuse she suffered at the hands of her coaches throughout her career as an elite level gymnast.
Writing a personal essay for Behind the Madness, Katelyn revealed that that although she loved going to the gym as a young child, as soon as an ‘elite atmosphere’ kicked in, her joy and enthusiasm for her sport were replaced by fear and dread.
‘Elite gymnastics should only be a place where our joy continues to grow,’ she wrote.
Detailing that ‘gymnastics requires sacrifice, dedication, discipline, getting back up every time you fall down, repetition, mental toughness, along with support, joy, and communication’, Katelyn shared that unfortunately she never experienced ‘support, joy and communication’ from her coaches or parents.
She also said she finds it sad that it ‘required things to get this bad’ for change to finally happen.
Katelyn also broached the abuse that she experienced as a child and shared that although she was never sexually abused, she was subjected to mental and verbal torture that was ‘never acknowledged’ and ‘ignored’.
‘Time for change has been long overdue. We are now crying out and demanding that our voices be heard once and for all and that all of our reports are taken seriously and not simply swept under the rug, because exactly as sexual abuse leave its undying marks, this type of verbal abuse does as well.’
She later described college gymnastics as the 'reward we receive after years of abuse', adding: 'It is the time of discovery, healing, learning, growing, and having the time of our lives.'

It’s happened again and my vagina is… hurting.
It all started a week ago, when women noticed a puzzling pair of bikini bottoms sold by Beginning Boutique .
"Oh, okay," the women responded. "Those swimmers ignore the fact that females have genitalia but okay."
A number of comment threads on the brand's swimwear went viral, with women making such observations as:
"Hmm, nice clit hammock. Sell anything for women with vaginas?"
"If this woman has a small camel toe wearing this I'd look like a panda sat on a tightrope."
"Do you have any suitable for mums with vaginas that hang like the sleeve of a wizard?"
You can see exactly what happened when Clare Stephens tried Beginning Boutique's bikini bottoms here:
"Man my vagina would eat these up... if you're happy and you know it clap your flaps."
And now, the clit hammock is back (it... it never went anywhere), courtesy of online retailer, Black Swallow . But now, it's in one-piece form, giving the ladies the benefit of a) no where to fit your breasts AS WELL AS b) no where to fit your vagina.
The Boracay swimsuit will set you back $49, which seems like a fair price for a one-piece but not a fair price for the fact you're still... nude.
As soon as actual human women saw the ad, they started leaving wildly vivid and vulgar comments because of course they did.
"Omg this is stunning! I’m buying one right after my surgery to remove my vagina."
"Her clitoris wins the bird box challenge."
"This would disappear into most women faster than a vodka soda."
"When you forget to pack your cozzie for a pool party and you have to borrow the random one some 10 year old left behind last time."
"I'm guessing you're called 'swallow' because your clothing is designed to be swallowed by a vagina?"
While some have suggested that the viral comments about 'clit hammock' swimwear constitutes body shaming, I can speak from experience when I say: Sir... no.
This isn't about making fun of the women modelling the swimmers.
This is about the fact that for the average human woman, genitals are a thing that preferably need to fit inside swimwear.
I tried the Beginning Boutique bikini bottoms recently, and had to WEAR NUDE STOCKINGS IN ORDER TO SIGNAL THE PART OF MY VAGINA THAT WOULD BE ON DISPLAY.
Please, no more clit hammocks. Or boob... slings.
On behalf of people with vaginas, we want to SWIM. And PLAY. And WALK.
Preferably without worrying we're going to pop a flap.
Soon trendy swimmers will just be three spaghetti straps with a postage stamp sized piece of material (that ironically only covers your belly button).
Hey, how did you know that! I thought I already banned you from my Instagram?
Jeeeeez... I'm pretty sure I saw one with a zipper... It seems after years of hogging all the opportunities to get our genitals stuck in a zipper we've decided to let women give it a try too...
Clare it is a vulva not a vagina. Even in these 'swimwear' (if one can call them that), you still can't see a vagina. You actually need a doctor's light, and an internal camera for that. We've made so much progress on here on this topic, please, please do not drag us back.

Now Reading Photos Celebrating Natural Pubic Hair (NSFW)
It had its heyday in the '60s and '70s, but natural female pubic hair has since fallen out of favor. So much so that, apparently, there are now sexually-active hetero men who say they've never seen it . To celebrate the neglected bush, artist Marilyn Minter spent six months photographing it, asking "all kinds of women, [with] different hair colours, different textures, different skin colours" to grow out their natural hair down there and bare it for her camera. The photographs Minter took are collected in her first book, Plush .
"Over the last decade, pubic hair has all but disappeared in popular culture (which is fine)," Minter explains to us, "but I became interested in showing beautiful images of pubes as an alternative perspective. I suspect the no-fur trend might be a fashion, so I wanted to remind younger generations that fashion is fleeting, but laser is forever. Do whatever you want — just don't laser!"
The 70 full-colour images in Plush , released in a limited run by Fulton Ryder Press to coincide with Art Basel Miami Beach, make an eloquent visual argument against lasering — and maybe even against shaving. Sensuous and unabashed, they're perhaps the most powerful interpretation of "Long hair, don't care" we've ever seen. In Minter's words, "Bush is beautiful. Bring it back!" Click through for 18 of the most striking photographs from the book.
And if you're inspired here's how to grow out your pubic hair.
