Detective Victor Falcon has claimed that Sgt Ann Marie Guerra were inside the unisex locker room at the 72nd Precinct in Brooklyn on October 7 when the incident took place

A female New York Police Department sergeant in Brooklyn is currently being investigated over allegations that she forced her underwear into the face of a male subordinate. Detective Victor Falcon has claimed that he and Sgt. Ann Marie Guerra were inside the unisex locker room at the 72nd Precinct in Brooklyn on October 7 when the incident took place.
Falcon had reportedly complained to his superior about her habit of leaving her underwear lying around in the locker room and this apparently made her angry.
According to the Daily News , the 38-year-old sergeant then took her underwear and rubbed them in Falcon's face in what he claimed was an attempt to stuff the soiled panties in his mouth. He also claimed that she yelled at him during this time saying: "They are f***ing clean!"

After the incident, Falcon went and filed a complaint against Guerra at the NYPD's Equal Employment Opportunity Office. The NYPD then said that the Detective Bureau was looking into "an incident" between two police officers but did not mention anything more than that.
Sources have told the publication that the sergeant is known in the precinct for viciously joking about the size of her subordinates' penises. One source told the Daily News: "She is a piece of work. She is always emasculating men and commenting on the size of their anatomy. She's a bullying man-hater. In the push for gender equality, she's made it — just not in a good way."
Another source from the precinct, however, told the publication that some parts of the complaint that Falcon filed with the EEO are under review. The source said that Guerra had not been trying to gag Falcon with the underwear. They said: "She just put it up to his nose." They then said that the incident was "exaggerated squad room banter".
In the precinct, Guerra is in charge of approving overtime or changing the shifts of the detectives if need be. A source at the precinct said that Falcon's request for shift-changes — so he could go for the custody hearings of his autistic son — had been denied. The complaint also alleged that Guerra kept delaying approving his overtime requests. Guerra, at the moment, is still working her full shifts at the 72nd Precinct. The source said: "She's still there, poking fun at Falcon."
The 72nd Precinct is no stranger to controversy, unfortunately. Only last month, Detective Manuel Rodriguez was accused of taking part in a prostitution and gambling ring that was being run by a former police officer. He was stripped of his gun and badge when he was caught.
The precinct commander, Deputy Inspector Emmanuel Gonzalez, in the meantime, was sued by a club owner at Sunset Park who alleged that the officer forcibly took $80,000 from his business so that he could make 11 round-trip flights to Puerto Rico.

The "We Can't Stop" singer began her "Bangerz" tour on Valentine's Day, and it took a decidedly unromantic turn as she simulated fellatio on a Bill Clinton impersonator and writhed around on top of a car in a sparkling marijuana-print leotard.
But now, it gets worse. During Cyrus' Feb. 16 performance, a fan threw a thong at her onstage, but instead of dodging the projectile underwear like anyone else would have done, Cyrus picked them up and put them in her mouth. A quick-thinking concert-goer managed to snap a picture of the incident, and the photographic evidence is making rounds on the Internet.
