How To Join:

The best part is – all you need to do is get Rose and use it to subscribe to our federation! More in-depth instructions are below:

1. Ask us in Palace Network Support if you can join the Palace Network.

2. Invite Rose to the chat you want to join Palace Network with (she needs admin permission as a bot to work). (Channel comments are chats and we will still advertise the channel instead of the comments section)

3. In private messages with Rose, send /newfed [name you want]. She will then give you a command: use /joinfed [your federation's ID] in your group. Not in private. Use this command in the chat you want to join Palace Network with.

4. As the owner, run the command /subfed b56bd9c6-ffee-4247-8b9a-5e06718b6998 in the chat (this command simply causes your channel to inherit our shared banlist – use /help federations to review other commands or get a better idea of what Rose does)

5. If approved, pin a message with our tag (@FurryPalace) in your chat. Also, you can let us know if you would like to put it somewhere else, and we’ll let you know if it’s okay. (We’re very lenient with its placement – users just need to know they’re safe!)

Rules For Partners:

(Breaking these can lead to suspension from Palace Network!)

1. Absolutely no cub or zoophilic art permitted! ( SFW Fantasy ferals and SFW real-life ferals are allowed.)

2. Absolutely no racism or bigotry.

3. Protect members in your chat against discrimination and report offending members to the federation.

4. Do not remove our @. If you’d like to leave the network, please let us know in Palace Network Support so that we can remove you from the list.

5. Accept our hugs after joining us 🥰

As a partner, you will need to be in our support chat (https://t.me/Networkpalacesupport) to receive notifications about the status of the bot. Also, partners can submit banned users for a fedban. Be sure to provide a reason and proof that we can access/review ourselves! Images of DMs can be used as evidence but, as we can't access private messages directly, they will be considered supplementary. 

Remember, all users must abide by the rules listed below! If you have questions, please let us know using the support chat.

Notice to server owners: Please ensure that you are actively moderating your chats and channels! Repeated violation of the rules below by your members without appropriate action on your part is grounds for removal from the federation. We need our members to know that your chat/channel is a safe place, and active moderation is necessary for this. Thank you for helping to protect our federation and our members!

Actions that will get you banned from the federation as a whole:

1. Problematic images:

a. Images depicting sexualized minors (real or fantasy)

- A minor is anyone under the age of 18

b. Images depicting sexualized individuals with emphasized childlike features (fantasy)

- "She's a 1,000-year-old vampire" is not a valid excuse for posting the sexualized/nude body of a child

c. Images depicting sexualized ferals (real or fantasy)

d. Images depicting hardcore drug use (real or uncensored fantasy)

- Does include alcohol or cannabis

- Does include cocaine, heroin, meth, etc.

e. Images depicting grievous bodily harm (real or uncensored fantasy)

- Includes, but is not limited to, gore

f. Images depicting grievous bodily violation (real or uncensored fantasy)

- Includes, but is not limited to, rape

f. Images depicting illegal actions (real)

- Catch-all for anything not listed here

- Includes: Breaking and entering, violating privacy, theft, etc.

2. Problematic discussions:

a. Disparagement of a group due to

- An unchangeable condition such as autism, sexuality, gender, etc.

- The actions of an individual of that group

- Pseudoscience

- Unstated reasons (AKA you're just being a huge jerk)

b. Planning a crime

c. Endorsement of the practice of pedophilia or zoophilia

3. Problematic conduct:

a. Organizing a group of two or more individuals to join servers and harass their members

b. Repeated harassment of others across servers/chats

c. Revealing personal information that can be used to identify people without their consent

d. Knowingly interacting sexually with or grooming a minor

4. Problematic affiliations and characteristics:

a. Being under the age of 18

b. Supporting or partaking of ideologies that harm others (zoophilia, pedophilia, etc.)

X. Note: by exemple, subscribing, sharing, talking inside the same group etc

c. Supporting groups formed to harm others (Nazis, Westboro Baptist Church, etc.)

Y. - Please note that there must be clear and convincing evidence of support of these ideologies/groups

d. Supporting Consensual-Non Consent (Community Voted) This consist roleplaying as a rape victim or vice-versa as usual

X AND Y (Just above) is alway applicable as usual

Examples of things that we leave up to individual servers:

1. Extremely annoying or contentious users

2. Arguments and bickering

3. Stolen art

4. The incidental/non-targeted use of slurs

5. Users lying about their identity (unless it's age)

Last Notes:

As a parent federation, we cannot join other federations.

Report users for federation-wide bans in Palace Network Support. Raiders and discriminatory individuals are the most important to report, as this keeps the entire network safe.
