What You’ll Do
* Manage end-to-end search program execution, daily monitoring, and budget pacing.
* Implement advanced optimization strategies, keyword research, and ad copy recommendations aligned with high-level business goals.
* Analyze campaign data to deliver actionable insights and clear performance reporting.
* Collaborate closely with US-based teams and stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience independently managing paid search campaigns (strategy to execution).
* Advanced Fluent English (C1/C2) — Excellent written and verbal communication for direct US team interaction.
* US Market Experience: Proven track record navigating US campaigns and highly regulated industries.
* Tool Mastery: Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel.
* Analytical Mindset: High attention to detail with the ability to turn complex metrics into performance insights.
(Note: This is a dedicated strategy and execution role, not an AdOps position. Candidates with experience limited solely to AdOps will not be considered.)
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry.
* Familiarity with Tableau.
* Holistic understanding of SEO and search engine mechanics.
* Exposure to other biddable media (Programmatic, Paid Social).
