Paid Media Manager
Digital nomads. Work from anywhereCompany: Correlate
Job Description - Paid Media Manager
At Correlate, we don't just market, we solve.
We're award-winning and remote-first. Small enough that you'll own outcomes from week one, sharp enough that you'll learn from people who've been cracking hard performance problems for years. We take on real commercial problems - leads, sales, growth - and we're building the tools to solve them faster and sharper than anyone in the market.
We're not here to follow the playbook. We're here to rewrite it. That means you'll get your hands on clients and projects most agencies would make you wait ten years for - we don't gatekeep the good work - and you'll work alongside genuine top players in the industry, close enough to actually pick up how they think. Innovation isn't a buzzword we put on the wall; it's a thing we make time for. Bring the experiment, we'll make space for it.
And the environment matters as much as the work. No politics, no theatre, no death-by-meeting - just sharp people enjoying sharp work, backed by colleagues who have the time for you. Somewhere you can do your best work because you're comfortable being you. We take the work seriously; we enjoy the ride. Puns included.
Sound good? Then the choice to read on is yours.
The Role
We're hiring a Paid Media Manager to run performance campaigns end-to-end across our client portfolio. But let's be clear about what we're really hiring for: a strategic thinker. Someone who looks at a client's business problem and designs the media response. Execution matters; thinking matters more. The best thinkers paired with the best tech produce the best outcomes - and we have a lot of fun getting there.
If you're genuinely tech-native - already playing with LLMs on the side, wiring up automations, thinking hard about how AI reshapes your craft - this will be your happy place.
Here's what you'll own:
* Strategy & execution across Google Ads, DV360, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and others. Take a client's commercial goal, design the media architecture that gets there, and run the full lifecycle - setup, optimisation, testing, iteration, reporting. Refine bidding, targeting, creative and website experience on what the data actually says, and find new growth levers through structured testing.
* Budget management. Pace client budgets to the rand - no over- or underspend. Forecast, flag and fix pacing issues before they escalate. Maximise efficiency every campaign, every month.
* Content strategy. Brief the creative team with clear, timely requirements aligned to client, brand and best practice. Match briefs to production schedules, share specs and trends, collaborate on insight-driven assets, and QA everything with actionable feedback.
* Client communication. Contribute to conversations around performance and strategy, and turn complexity into plain-English recommendations.
What we're looking for:
* 2+ years hands-on with campaign setup, delivery, testing and reporting across Display, Paid Search and Paid Social for a range of clients. Less than 2 years? We're still happy to hear from you. We know that some are wise beyond their years.
* Experience with clients who have a real performance requirement - leads or sales through digital.
* A proven track record of using data and trends to optimise
* Genuine curiosity about AI and how it changes your work.
* You can hold down a conversation with clients.
* Agency experience across a range of client types.
Are you a fit?
* A thinker first, executor second. You start with "what's the actual problem?" not "which platform first?"
* Commercially minded. ROAS, CPA and pipeline matter more to you than impressions.
* Tech-native. You don't wait for permission to try the new thing - you've already tried it by Tuesday.
* Detail-obsessed. You double-check because you'd rather catch it than explain it.
* Self-driven. Remote means accountable, and you are.
* Team-oriented. You share what works and ask early when you're stuck.
* You enjoy the work and the people. Life's too short for either half to be dull.
