What does “paheal” mean/what are its origins?

Many sites based around “Rule 34 of the Internet” (“if it exists, there’s porn of it”) have the word “paheal” either incorporated into the site’s URL or title. It doesn’t translate to anything as far as I can tell, and if I look it up on google it just directs me to the definitions of “Rule 34” with no mention of “paheal”. What is the real meaning of this word, and what is its etymology?
Paheal is Girl/Female and origin is Hindu Well that’s what the internet says anyway
